Do we need the fantasy signing thread now ?
I would offer the vice captancy to Bonnuci, having in mind that Montolivo will play just a handful of games!
Just for laughs.
Merda fans are going nuts here.
This post was the pick of the bunch, but if you read the entire page it's all hilarious.

YES

Lapadula set for Genoa on 2m loan and obligation of 11m. Decent deal IMO.

Also, saw this lineup on R&B and must say it was very exciting, even if no Suso...

If the report is true, we are really, really close now....

With Milan seemingly intent on landing the Italian centre-back Di Marzio have reported that a 'gentleman's' agreement is seemingly in place between the two Serie A sides.

The Rossoneri have reportedly tabled a €30m offer for the centre-back but Juventus are demanding at least a €40m transfer fee, and this is where the agreement comes into play.

It is understood that if Milan cough up the €40m asking price for Bonucci then Juventus will buy De Sciglio for €10m, two separate deals which rely on each other.

If the two sides can agree on a valuation for MDS, this is going to happen

It would be crime against football. To have Aubameyang and Andre Silva and to play with one attacker. Big Grin

Love that line-up...only issue I could see is that is 7 new starters - not many teams roll into a season with such an overhaul. Might take some time for everyone to gel and work together...chemistry. That said, I haven't been this excited about a Milan season in a some time!

Should've guessed!! Big Grin  It is a very nice lineup though, a good balance all round. At this point, I still think we're playing with a back 4 than 3, but it is appearing more and more that we might actually go with a back 3 as the base system with how things are shaping.

lol, I do still think a 2 striker system is a likely outcome, but let's wait and see. Personally, I'm happy for Andre Silva to play in a similar way to Locatelli last season, as in a guy who might mostly be a "super sub", but one that will get regular starts too. Don't forget he's only 21, no need to rush him to be a star in the team.

Agree completely, but at the same time I think the minimum needed looking at last season's side was at 4-5 new players in the lineup anyway. When you're adding 2 world class players, one of Serie A's best midfielders in recent years and quality players all round, then I can accept 7 new players. The smart thing is F&M are giving Montella pretty much the whole summer with most of the squad in place, so it'll help ease the transition. The other aspect is everyone needs patience, because we will struggle with so many new faces and frankly speaking to see the potential strength of the side realised we might be talking a year away at least.
