Same, i'm curious about this too,
I know some of them are paid in installments
So we almost have Bonucci? Oh good. We needed a backup to Romagnoli.  Grinundwech

I believe in depends on income w have and the plan we submit to UEFA which outlines how we will increase income in the coming seasons. The plan was supposedly submitted in May but then postponed till after summer.

One thing almost sure, the next 1 or 2 financial years will look very bad on paper.
I'm sure our larger transfer will also be paid in installments, I think we might be OK, but I have no idea about the exact regulations regarding FFP.

If we can snap up Aubameyang or Belotti, get rid of some more deadwood (DS,Niang etc.) & buy one more box to box midfielder we have a stellar squad.

Yeah for sure. It's the only way to return to being the club we used to be though. At the end of the day we need income to keep up with the other big clubs. That income needs to come from TV rights, sponsorship deals, shirt sales, etc., but that won't happen if we don't have great players and a team that is capable of winning things. FFP is a bit of a catch 22 in that sense. You're not allowed to have your owners spend big to strengthen the team, but the club won't be able to make money in the future if they don't.

FFP does an amazing job of protecting the clubs that were the most successful at the time when it was introduced, so it's obviously pretty flawed. If UEFA really wanted to level the playing field in European football, which I do agree would be a great thing, there would instead be caps on wages and transfer fees.

At the end of the day I think there could be some sanctions from UEFA, but hopefully nothing too severe. Regardless we'd be stuck in mid-table positions forever if we didn't spend big at some point and actually set ourselves up for bigger earnings in the future. It takes money to make money, I guess. Hopefully UEFA will understand that too.
After signing Bonucci & one of Aubameyang or Belotti, reports say we will go all out to try signing Renato Sanches from Bayern.
My god, i just wake up and we finish bonuci and biglia, wow just wow, if they manage to get even auba or belotti i will buy a new jersey this year. Has the season ticket holder been sold this year? I want to know if the season ticket holders sell can be inserted in the ffp book or bot, we really need to take care of this ffp thing or we might not be able to play in uefa at all. Man what a night, reza must be happy tge traffic goes up like crazy this day Devilol

AFAIK the reason we're so broke is because the wages were way too big for that time.
Just from the wages alone, G had to sell kaka to "balance the book"
It happened again with Thiago silva + Ibra

Compared to now, since we havent got any player with crazy wages like kaka dinho and ibra
I guess it's safe now? (maybe?)

About income, cant we just have a partnership with a club in China?
Give them priority to sign our player
Bacca - 100m
Monto - 50m

Boom, balance the book  Devilcool
Speaking of wage expense, I am not sure we are "safe". $$rumma is going to make 6m a year. I heard that Bonucci is offered at least 6.5m. If Aubameyang comes in, the rumor is 8 or 8.5 plus bonus.

Then again, if we have enough revenue, none of these should be a problem.
