Yes, I was counting him as a LCM.
Man, Douglas Costa is my dream signing for this summer. Ton of pace and great 1v1. Also possesses the ability to finish moves whether it's with a final pass/cross or a shot himself. He said a couple of months ago that he will decide what to do this summer and even mentioned China. I haven't seen any other clubs be linked to him and I am absolutely sure if he is made he centre of the project and offered a high salary, he will not mind coming here.
Douglas Costa, Belotti, Suso would be an awesome front three
We need some Brazilian magic!

You mean like this
Certainly an exciting player capable playing on either flank. But with three more years at his current contract and being at prime age, he will cost us a truckload of money.
He already said he is thinking about leaving and evaluating options. Bayern got him for 25mil, so anything around 40 (or even less to be honest) will buy the guy....unless a Chinese club comes around throwing insane money.
He would be a fantastic signing, he wouldn't just increase the quality of the squad/attack in a big way, but he has that entertainment factor that we've been missing since the Kaka days.
That DOES make me very happy.
Why would he go to "observe" Kovacic when we all know he probably won't play today?!
Besides, there is no need to observe Kovacic, as Mirabelli probably already knows all that there is to know about him. I think if he is in Madrid, it is definitely not to "observe" Kovacic, but to meet with somebody (maybe Real representative or Kovacic agent). I hope that's what it is, otherwise it makes no sense. Kovacic's agent also responded that he doesn't want to "comment on Milan at the moment as there are still many important games left in Real's season".
Here is one to make YOU happy Dev,
I know you were a big advocate for Allan since his Udinese days. I sure will be happy about this also. I know he is not the "flavor of the month/season", but I would choose him over Kessie without any second thoughts. And just to make it clear, I don't really have a problem with Kessie, I just think it is way too excessive to pay 30mil for him when other players of similar quality with similar performances in smaller clubs in Serie A went for 1/2 or even 1/3 of that sum. I am talking about Zielinski and Allan for example.

Just to clarify, if Kovacic is possible, he would absolutely be a choice for me too. I was completely on board with getting him last summer when we were linked, my view hasn't changed. If Kovacic does come, I'm not sure there's really a need for Fabregas.
On Allan, I'm still on board for getting him if it's possible (and he's not going to cost stupid money). He never quite made the step up at Napoli I was hoping he might, but he's still been really good if not excellent for them. Honestly I think both he and Jorginho have suffered a little this year with Zielinski and Diawara, as the increased competition imo has resulted in none of the 4 midfielders really getting the consistency they might crave and need. Without a doubt though, getting him in place of Kucka is an unquestionable upgrade in pretty much every respect.
btw, I haven't mentioned it earlier, but if De Sciglio is to leave and Ghoulam is the replacement, I would be pretty happy with that. I really like Ghoulam and have done for a while. He's been great at Napoli so getting him would be a big plus in my books.
Ghoulam would be an awesome signing!
Allan would be a decent pick up and better then most that we have.
As for Kovacic, I don't see why he and Fabregas couldn't work together, but we would definitely need to pick up a DM if that was the case. Luis Gustavo being the most affordably option.
