Pretty good weekend as we're steadily climbing up the standings. Inter were held, Udinese lost, and Roma too (our next opponent) despite being the better team. Let's extend their awful spell next Saturday.
I believe that Udinese had only conceded one goal before their game at Napoli. It made a huge difference when they didn't have Di Natale. The oldies in Italy refused to fade away, which is heart-warming but at the same time also an unfortunate piece of evidence that their youngsters have so far failed to take over the responsbilities.
Now that we are (temporarily) on top of the table, I can watch the game between Merda and Jube with a rather relaxing mood. Looking forward to a game full of red cards and ... alright, I am not going to wish injury on them then.

Honestly I don't care how the result of that game turns out. Wink
AS Roma 2 = 3 AC Milan

Inter = Juventus are playing 1-2 at 30 minutes mark.

FINALLY SERIE A is back. High Quality, Competitive Games with Goals. This is why I don't watch EPL or La Liga...
I actually don't agree with you on the high quality. I don't think high quality = more goals. Inter Milan's defense is atrocious! If we played them right now, we would have thredded their defense into pieces.

This is tough to judge. It's possible the attacking is stronger now. Many of AC Milan & Inter's Defenders getting old (Nesta, Zambro, Lucio, Samuel, Maicon, Zanetti). So, it's understandable if those are the areas not as good as they once were.

Yes higher Quality and Goals do not necessarily correlate. However, I've liked the action I'm seeing lately..
10 minutes left in Inter vs. Juve. It would be nice if the game ended as a draw, but it stayed the same (1:2 right now), I won't complain.

As long as we keep winning, neither Juventus nor Inter would be a problem.
Couple of results tomorrow and Inter could be in a relegation spot...as it stands only 2 point out of it
Poor Inter. I mean, I know that we got Bonera but at least he's a bench player while they're playing the Russian roulette week in week out with Chivu as their starter Big Grin

it is not just Chivu. Lucio has become a liability too. He is a mad man IMO. Sometimes he can be seen everywhere to block shots and head out dangerous crosses, but sometimes he just makes those unbelievable blunders. Devilol

When Pirlo passed to Marchisio, the closet Inter defender to him was probably five meters away. Devilol I can't believe my eyes when that happened.
