What does that mean?
It means they can still enforce another type of punishment like transfer ban or limited squad size, as per the CAS Panel's statement, Milan were found guilty of breaking the FFP laws.

A Win for us and a slap for the amateur decision they have made.

I don't think they have the power to do that. I think only FIFA can impose transfer bans based on breeching transfer rules, payments, poaching of players, etc. As for the limited squad size, then yes, UEFA can do that but it's a slap on the wrist. Nobody cares about that.
Milan was drawn in Coppa Italia with Lazio, Inter and Napoli.

Let's look forward to face Ronaldo in the Coppa Finale Big Grin

First match will be played on 13th of January against one of the following oponents:

SAMPDORIA;
SPAL;
ASCOLI;
VITERBESE CASTRENSE;
RENDE;
SAMBENEDETTESE;
UNIONE SANREMO;
SPEZIA;

IMO we will be playing against Sampdoria and hopefully the following matches:
Milan vs. Napoli 30th of January
Milan vs. Inter 06th of February
Milan vs. Juve 25th of April.
