So I was really happy with the way Jack played last night, particularly considering he's returning from a long-term injury. In terms of vision and passing I think he might actually be the best player we have for the trequartista role, so if we end up selling Suso I think we're still covered in that position, particularly considering that Paqueta can play there as well (and if we bring in another midfielder we'll be well covered in midfield as well if Paqueta needs to play as our trequartista). Given the current composition of the squad I do understand if Maldini and Boban want to sell Suso to bring in another forward, it makes sense.
Other than 'fitting Giampaolo system' what has Correa done for management to be willing to pay more for him than selling Suso? Suso was on Spain NT here and there too. Last rumours of Correa were 40, Suso for less than 40 is definitely dumb.

Suso's def worth more than Correa

To be honest, this is what i expected too from a Trequartista. Hovering between opposition mid-def line, ready to play one two and burst forward, but most importantly, making killer pass like that one time where Piatek caught offside. I know it's just against low level players though, but yes. Seeing a trequartista worthy pass was refreshing.
But still, if there is a chance to get a better passer, then i'd get it in a heart beat.

Dont think we can afford him (FFP), Sporting would want at least 70m !
If Milan sell Suso, the club will wrote in the books 30M+ capital gain...
then if we go for Fernantes and sign him with a 4 or 5 years contract, worst case scenario, we will write -17,5 in the books for this year.. so no harm done for FFP...
Here is a very surprising news:
- According to Paolo Paganini, journalist for "Rai Sport", through his Twitter account, Jorge Mendes is working to bring Bruno Fernandes to Milan. These are his words:
"Jorge Mendez is working to bring Bruno Fernandez to Milan if Suso leaves." Born in 1994, Fernandez played in Serie A with the shirts of Novara, Udinese and Sampdoria. He was already coached by Marco Giampaolo in the 2016/17 season with Sampdoria. Last season, with the Sporting shirt, the Portuguese scored 32 goals and 18 assists in 53 games
sky - Already Fiorentina is considering a contract with Suso

I know it's stupid but Milan should try to offer Andre Silva to Sporting with Money (90% chances that it will be rejected at once)

A few weeks ago, there were contacts between Maldini and Bruno Fernandez's agent, but until today there was nothing concrete. Sporting is worth 70 million euros and agent Mendes is considering including Silva in the deal.

yes please!

Btw, still cant believe we dished out 38m for Andre Silva !!!
why? Bruno has been playing better for longer.
As for injury prone? h'es had next to no injuries so not sure what gives you that idea. Bruno would be a perfect fit for Giampaolo's style.

I was a little over Jack pre injury but the way he played got me excited again. Maybe the issue wasn't him so much as it was where/how he was being used.
Hopefully he can return to his best under Giampaolo

Doubt they'll take Silva. Why do they need a third striker, unless Bas Dost get's sold. We'd be better off offering Hakan to sweeten the deal.
