I guess it's possible with that upcoming tax rule
No. He'd be our highest paid player above Donnarumma's 6m/yr salary
I think we should sign someone who both has talent and the motivation to give 100% effort.
I've just think about loaning A. Sanches from Man Utd, then I crossed his name out of my mind.
Erikssen, Dybala,... I doubt their contribution for Milan at this point.
I see no reason why Eriksen would even contemplate at move to Milan at this point. He is one of Tottenham’s best players stat-wise, he gets to play in the Champions League and his manager is one of the most admired in the game today. We have absolutely nothing to offer him, that he couldn’t get at any other semi ambitious team in the English or Spanish league.
If he is to leave Tottenham, it’ll likely be his last big move and he will want to go to a team that will increase his chances of winning something major, - that would limit his list of potential suitors to Real, Barcelona, Bayern, PSG, Juventus, Liverpool or City only - anything else would be a step down. Out of those teams, only Real, PSG or perhaps Bayern seems realistic when you look at their current rosters.
If he’d lower his ambitions clubs like Manchester United, Arsenal, Atletico, Dortmund, Napoli, Inter or perhaps even Lyon would all be much more attractive destinations, than to join this club and be part of yet another year of ’rebuilding’.
If I were a betting man, I’d say that he’ll most likely either end up renewing his contract with Tottenham or join Real at the end of transfer window. There is zero chance that we’ll see him join Milan this summer.

The only thing I doubt about Eriksen and Dybala is that they are coming to Milan. If they were, it would be a dream come true compared to other players we're (seriously) linked with.

That's an obscene amount to pay for such a middling player.
I've seen Milan fans shit non stop on Suso...who is
RW with 7 goals 2 assists in 35 apps
But somehow a
RWF with 3 goals 2 assists in 36 apps is our saviour
I'm the first guy to appreciate what Correa CAN bring to the table with his dynamism, pace and strength....but the guy so har has been average.
If physique was everything, Niang would have had the Ballon 'D OR

This summer I believe he said he wants a change after being at Spurs for that long. He and Spurs have both overachieved in recent years and he’s getting older. Every player would like to play for a bigger club in their prime.
I definitely thinks it’s highly unlikely that he’ll come to us as well but I’m just saying I believe his price would be at max around 40m by end of August. I don’t know if he will renew because that’ll just keep him trapped at Spurs because they’ll demand 100m for him after his contract renewal and he will be a forgotten player after he retired because he’s achieved absolutely nothing in his career.
I expect him to move before August of 2020.

Dybala would be a much better fit than Correa IMO. Spurs bid 70m for him and it was accepted by Juve I believe.
I still am concerned about the #10 position though. Coutinho would be amazing but idk how much $ we have left from the budget. Neymar’s move to Barca will certainly create domino effect in the market. PSG will aim to replace him with one of Barca’s talents (Dembele/Coutinho) + a hefty fee (minimum 100m) or perhaps another star from elsewhere. We need to be attentive and ready to pounce but these agents of the players we have are simply not getting us good prices to sell at and we need every $ we can get in order to fully understand what budget we have for the last week of August.

You cannot forget that he played under Simeone, who is known for parking the Bus for most of the 90 minutes. He will succeed under Giampaolo. But still, that price is too much from any standard. 30M level player for me. Suso is not a creative player.
Here one very good assessment from a big Atletico fan, stolen from elsewhere
Quote:Atlético are selling Correa because they need someone who's more reliable in terms of overall product. He's very good individually; excellent dribbling ability, surprises with moves 1-on-1 and breaks the pattern well in tight situations..but he also loses the ball far too often and in dangerous positions on the pitch. He'd easily be worth the double if his decision making improved and that's what I think Maldini and co are interested in helping him with. He's a second striker but that position has been occupied by Griezmann and João Félix (now). So Correa has been playing a lot out of position for the past 3-3,5 years. Mostly as an "interior" on the right wing where he's going inside the pitch. He's not a winger and needs space as well as confidence in order to excel. I think he can do it at a club where he'll be more important.
He's been very important at Atlético as a impact sub over the years. By far the most productive player in that department. But now he's looking to take the next step.
It's a shame Atleti couldn't make him a great player because he grew up supporting the club (apart from Rosario Central) in Argentina and Toto Salvio even brought him Atleti-jerseys when he played for the club. They also share the same agent (Agustín Jiménez). Correa had a heart problem when he arrived from San Lorenzo and his whole first season was cut short as a result of it but he still became the best player in Sudamericano U20 for Argentina when they won the tournament in the middle of Montevideo in 2015 despite being a whole year without competitive football.
He's a hard worker though and one of 12 children in a family that's had tons of tragedies over the years; his father died when he was very young, Correa had to help the family survive with the money he earned as a youth player at San Lorenzo and one of his brothers committed suicide after he apparently wasn't accepted by the family two years ago. He's also gone through some hard times connected to his transfer from San Lorenzo as a criminal group (Los Monos) had been earning money from it alongside other shady people.
I do spy on other team forums to see what fans think about him. MMIA
