Roma want to get into CL. They figure that is their only chance. LOL.
It's so sad. Really.
Nobody is saying these (11) clubs are wrong in disagreeing with the other 3. But this is now so childish. Fans spoke up. The ESL is not going to happen. It was a project/plan that simply failed to get off the ground. They (the others) shut it down along with the fans and Uefa/Fifa. That's it. That's all there is to tell. A crap ton of embarrassment for our club (and the remaining ESL clubs)...but there is nothing to be done legally....because simply, nothing was materialized, legally.

So then can we now "counter-sue" these pathetic 11 clubs for "consipiring" against us and asking for sanctions??? It would be no different, right?

Do you remember the Bosman court case?! It changed the world of football as we knew. Similar initiative is on its way.
And, if you’re looking for a comparable example, check the relationship of FIA, and nations’ auto associations, with Formula 1.

An antitrust complaint against UEFA would be very crazy. In North America leagues like baseball's MLB have protection or exemption as they call it basically no others can start a baseball league in the US. Perez going that route with UEFA spanning dozens of countries would be turning football upside down, way more than a Bosman transfer fee ruling.
Inter will be sold if the ESL doesn't succeed. It seems that the clubs are still in despite the announcements

@LiYonghang pls buy them Icon_lol2
The FIGC have passed a law which could thwart the idea of the Super League re-emerging in the future.

According to what is being reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanLive), an anti-Super League regulation has been enacted. Article 16 of the Noif (Federal internal organizational rules) has been modified to read as follows:

“For the purposes of registering for the league, the club undertakes not to participate in competitions organised by private associations not recognised by FIFA, UEFA and the FIGC. Participation in these competitions organised by unrecognised private associations leads to the forfeiture of affiliation.”
England doing same. Adding rule for all clubs which try to participate in SL-ish competitions will be automatically expelled from EPL or lower leagues if they are there.

I have been hoping to see Inter collapse mid-season due to the alleged financial problem.  I guess it won't happen now; even if it did, it would be too late now.  Devilol
It seems that all founders of the ESL financially sit on the same boat... They are swimming in debts, and may seen the ESL as a way out.
