I think (and hope) Mr Pink are going to win the deal.
Yesterday, Lee was in Arcore with Berlusconi and there are a lot of pictures of Berlusconi and Pink.
Italian Media are saying that Bee is favorite to win but they aren't very close to this matter anyway.
Mr Pinks worth is €2.7bn but his whole worth he doesnt have that ready to spend. If he bought 75% for €750m + he isnt in a Mansour Abramovich position to start spending massively. He may be the same a thohir smart buys (on paper) it will be interesting to see how this turns out.
Yes, it's true. I mean the entire Chinese group, where Pink (I suppose) is the head. However, behind Pink, seems to be the support of the Chinese Government...
Its mentioned now that its Zong Quinghou and not Wangsuo (Mr Pink) is the interested party. But Bee is still thr front runner...

Quote:The Milan owner, Silvio Berlusconi, could be close to selling 75% of his shares in the seven-times European Cup winners after reportedly holding talks with Chinese investors over a potential €1bn takeover.

According to a report in La Gazzetta dello Sport, the former Italian Prime Minister held talks with a group which includes Hong Kong businessman Richard Lee on Thursday night and told sources that “the sale of 75% of Milan to the Chinese has been agreed on”.

Lee was pictured alongside Berlusconi at a game in October, fuelling rumours that he could be about to purchase a share of the club. The deal is expected to include Berlusconi’s daughter, Barbara, continuing in her position as a club director.

Italian news agency AskaNews believes that the Chinese government is playing an instrumental role in the takeover in a bid to promote football in the country.

Berlusconi took over Milan in 1986 and has seen the club win five European Cups under his stewardship.

yeah, guardian or not, the text is pure speculation by gazetta, guardian is just quoting them.

In Chinese media, Zong Qinghou has firmly denied any interest. The newest name is Richard Lee.

Rumors can't seem to subside, but I am afraid that they are all vain.
Poll running now on Gazzetta http://www.gazzetta.it/Calcio/Serie-A/Mi...1502.shtml
The option to sell all of the club leads with a wide margin. More rather Berlusconi keep it than sell only a minority

I spelt his name wrong Huh yeah he denied it on Thursday on his microblog account.Wanda group denied it and there no real solid evidence in the Pink rumours either , Bee seems the most realistic ATM.My concern with Bee is he doesnt have the money himself , not even close.
He has investors apparently from Thailand & Singapore but no one knows who they are.
Welcome Gianluca Smile

Some rumours about Bee's plans:

So as mentioned by Jay, it looks like Bee's investors are from Thailand and Singapore, as well as possibly Doyen Sports. Doyen Sports is an "interesting" name there, as they're a hedge fund group who have primarily worked in third party ownership of players, some of the names on their books including Neymar, Xavi and Marcos Rojo. FIFA are trying to ban third party ownership and it's a highly controversial strategy (let's just say Doyen Sport aren't always the most popular group) and many of the critics tend to argue that it takes control from the players and clubs as these groups will effectively act for the own self interests, with some describing it as akin to slavery. While there's some truth there, I find it highly dubious that these same critics don't take the same issue with a lot of agents, as while they don't own the player, they do tend to act for the self interests more than that of the player a lot of the time.

It also gives names for the management structure under Bee. Victor Pablo Dana, an Italian Financier who is in Dubai and has acted as translator for Bee and Silvio would be brought on board as chief executive. Barbara would remain in her current role. Galliani would be a "ferryman" who would ensure continuity from the old management to the new. Maldini would be brought in as a technical director and has already apparently been talking to Bee and his group. It would be interesting to see how Galliani would survive in such a role if kept on, as I doubt he'd have many friends or much support to have any influence. At most, he'd be a cause of friction with the other management.

Supposedly the Richard Lee group is looking to own 70-75% of the club for 500-600m, whereas Bee is offering similar amounts for 60%:

Figured this is relevant here more than the headcoach thread, but if Bee comes in, then Montella is apparently his favourite for head coach:

http://www.milannews.it/primo-piano/tutt...lla-172770

Any decision on coach would apparently be taken in agreement with Silvio and Galliani though and Bee will apparently present his idea to Silvio soon. This isn't the first time that Bee's been mentioned as favouring Montella:

However, take the Montella rumour with a slight pinch of salt, as it's been mentioned previously that Maldini and Bee agree the ideal candidate as coach is Conte:

http://www.calciomercato.com/news/jacobelli-bee-607187

I suspect if the rumours are true, then the situation is that Conte is first choice, but with him tied to the national team, it might not be possible to get him, hence Montella being mentioned. Personally I think Conte's the better choice. I dislike him, but he's the sort of character needed in the club right now.

Also interesting is that according to Gazzetta, Maldini is apparently the only real certainty as club leadership goes in Bee's Milan:
