its interesting that Galliani said that he likes Danilo so much and also said that he didnt know if Udinese already signed the player... But it seems its another Danilo Udinese is about to sign, from Palmeiras...
i liked Berretta in 10 mins vs Bologna, as i believe that a player with quality can show himself even in 10 mins... Goal.com expert describes him well...He also talk about his past injuries... He has good pace, he moves well, he is strong and fearless... He was slow on decisions vs Bologna... Hope we can see him full 90 mins vs Cagliari and Udinese if we secure scudetto next week... im wondering how he performs...
i watched Primavera and however Fossati impressed me a lot... His passing, tecnique, movement and leadership is very good.
Seedorf was the only player whom i want Milan to renew 1 more year from renewals(except Nesta, cuz he is still very important for us)
its impossible for Milan to renew Pirlo's at 6 m euros... Cuz he is reaching 32 soon...His performance this year could confuse our minds a bit, however he is about to be 32... Best time for leaving...Ambrosini, Seedorf...One of them is more than enough if you ask me... We need space for Merkel and with one world class midfielder, we will be set in midfield... Rotation players like Constant and Nainngolan, Merkel and one world class midfielder, we will be a lot stronger... We should be fearless on renewals...
Small Term contracts and low wages for +30 is appreciated... Now its up to Galliani and MGT...
Regarding new jersey, its a bit different but i liked it...
Ganso is a lot expensive, as Santos asks for a fortune and we cant spend more than 25 m euros for him... if we cant sign him, i'd go for Lucas Marcelinho or Lamela... Or Hamsik...i'd sign him instead him and continue to play Boateng as CAM...
if we sign Taiwo for Left Full back, we will have money to spend on midfield trio... Some calciomercato experts already said that they are wondering who'll our midfield trio signing...
I think the Galliani comments are smoke and mirrors to divert attention away from the real signing. Lets be honest, if we cannot afford 25m euro's then we might as well forget winning CL any time soon as we cannot afford any type of player that would have an impact.
We don't need that many signings this summer and Ganso would be good statement of ambition and could turn out to be our new midfield maestro.
I think it's a typical ploy. The players wants Milan, and he is our top target. I think we will get him for around 22 million.
I want farfan and we can deploy ganso in a more advanced pirlo role he would be the perfect link from midfield to attack with farfans strength and pace at CAM its definitely worth a try .. hamsik/ganso would also be good but i think more then left/right midfielders we need a pirlo replacement the most.
And as for flamini - i dont think he should leave.. hes a very hard worker, along with boateng they both work there asses off every single game. Flamini in general i have an issue with his passing but he could be our gattuso replacement. a midfield of Flamini-(pirlo replacement)-Boateng would be good midfield trio .. i'd love to see Sahin but now all of Europe basically knows how talented he is, my guess is either Real or barca will get home or he'll end up in the EPL depending on his personal playing preferance. I can see Hamsik coming, Napoli will most likely reinforce the team for next years UCL , if they dont have much budget to spend one of hamsik, cavani or lavezzi will have to go but they will probably ask for alot of money. There transfer budget will probably be somewhere between 15-20mln, they need at least three reinforcements within defense and midfield to compete in cl, anyways Hamsik,Ganso,Taiwo,Mexes,Astori,Beretta in our squad next year?!
Flamini should absolutely be first one out the door if he doesn't take a MASSIVE wage reduction. He's milans 3rd highest paid player and can't even nail a consistent starting role. 5 mil for a dime a dozen midfielder is a wage
Milan need to cut 30% of its wage bill and I'm looking at him before the senatores who don't make as much as him (bar pirlo). I mean what does he do better than boateng? But boateng makes 1/5th his wages. And even next year with boateng will probably double his wages he'll still be making only 40% of flamoney

Source on him being 3rd highest paid Milan player???
Yeah i wasnt aware of his wages.. If he takes the wage cut though i dont mind having a hard working player maybe he's late to hit his prime??

I don't have the source at hand either, but I am quite sure that he was right. Based on my memory, I wanted to say that Flamini earns 5.6M(?), after only Ibrahimovic (10M?), and Pirlo (6M?). Ronaldinho was higher too before he left Milan.
Then Flamini was followed by quite a few players who make 4M, and I believe that Nesta and Seedorf are among them.
Around 2006-2008, Galliani was out of his mind giving huge salary and long extension to everyone. Nobody earned six-figure salary; there were so few players who earned less than 2M (Pato being one, I think) that those who earned that must feel so inferior to the others. I think the lowest earner on the squad was Digao (Kaka's brother) who earned either 1M or 1.2M, then followed by Fiori who probably played only 2 games in his 9 years (?) with Milan while on the side earned a JD degree. What the hell?
Now it is so much healthier. We have signed many new ones with a salary between 1M and 2M, and Galliani has also successfully renewed some oldies' contract with lower salary. Basically, he dug himself a big hole and now is trying to climb out of it.
rossoneriblog.com posted the list of players' salary several weeks ago. Flamini came here on Bosman, otherwise a young player like him who had had his best season on his last year with Arsenal would have easily cost us 15 millions or even more. So we sort of compensate his coming in free by giving him higher salary than normal. If Taiwo comes I believe he too will receive a relatively higher salary than his FB counterparts.
The wage depends on the structure of your team.
Lets use Taiwo as an example, if T.Silva is making 3 mil after tax, I doubt guys like Taiwo will ask for more. Having said that, if Bonera is making 4 mil after tax, then Taiwo has all my backing to ask for 4 mil after tax.
