Donnarumma being held hostage by Raiola? Does an agent own the player or is he hired by the player?
Not sure what's happening here. Donnarumma himself must come out and clear up the situation ASAP.

Impossible. 3rd party ownership is not allowed in Italy (or Europe for that matter). So if Raiola has something in writing saying this, he would surely be in big trouble and probably even be forced to stop working as a football agent.
This is (was) an issue in South America. I don't know where they stand now and if it's still allowed over there. But needless to say, all 3rd party ownerships have to be resolved before a player moves to Europe...which is why so many deals for Brazilian players fall through or stall for years sometimes, until you suddenly see the player pop up in the Chinese League as they have no other option. In other words, yes, they are held hostage by these Sport Investment Companies/Agents. But these agents go to tge players at a very young age, promise, lie, and have them sign dociments that they don't even know what they are signing. Fast forward 3-4 years and they can't move to Europe as the agent/company is requesting insane amounts to release their 30/40/50% grip on the player's contract.
Anyway, Italy even disallowed the Co-ownerships between 2 clubs. Currently, a player can only be owned by 1 club, and that club only.
So these articles (if we can even call them that) just spread crap that's not true. It's impossible for it to be true. Donnarumma is not signing because he doesn't want to. Simple as that. Raiola works for Donnarumma.
Imo, it's a CL issue. If we qualify, he'll sign 100%. If not, who knows, but there is a good chance he'll whore himself out to the highest bidder.

If we can use the past to predict the future, Donnarumma will just remain silent. He will say that he "is calm" and "always gives everything to the team" (which is true, so respect to him where it is due, but he also will take everything from the team).
In a weird sense, I kind of hope that what was described in that article was true. Then we would have the perfect ammo to gun down that fat leech. Who knows, maybe FIFA would even be involved (that's a big IF, assuming that they were truly up to something this illegal and unethical).

Journalist Giordano Mischi claims that agreement between Donnarumma/Raiola and Juventus has been reached. €9.5m per season for Donnarumma. €20m to Raiola. Well, let's see.

On this topic, why €9.5m? Donnarumma is happy that Ronaldo is making €31m but he is not even one third? Come on, at least make a whole €10m!!
