RE: Summer transfer window 2017 - reza - 06-03-2017 The contrast in the way he talks vs how Galliani talked is night and day. In a few years we might look back and the new owners might have failed (hope not of course) but the start and Fassone seem like a huge positive contrast to what are used to. RE: Summer transfer window 2017 - AC_Troy - 06-03-2017 Quote:Milan has asked for Andre Silva from Jorge Mendes. He is the alternative for Morata/Belotti [@AlfredoPedulla]. Holy shit RE: Summer transfer window 2017 - AC_Troy - 06-03-2017 Quote:Milan have asked about James Rodriguez and Andre Silva in today's meeting with Mendes. Fabinho is also a an appreciated profile. [Sky] All good players, but I figured it was mainly about James RE: Summer transfer window 2017 - ZvonimirBoban - 06-03-2017 (06-03-2017, 05:01 PM)takeshisteve22 Wrote: as CEO of his GestiFute company and one of Europe's super agents..the players he manages he has in his books at present includin Mourinho funnily enough are....yup James is on that list...???... The last 10 years Milan have been quite abysmal. The management were driving us to the lowest levels we've ever witnessed. These guys have already (1st transfer window) spent so far 18+18+28= 64m (assuming R.Rodriguez gets done this week) and the most B&G have ever spent was 2 years ago and they spent 73-77m. All we wanted was for them to try to succeed. B&G stopped trying. I'm happy at whatever direction we head towards as long as there is the will to do better & improve from yesterday. Clear planning and resources were all that was needed and it looks like we may have it, but we're still only a month into the new ownership so let's wait and see. Whatever happens, it is better than where we were. We had no future. Now it seems brighter than ever. RE: Summer transfer window 2017 - Hitman - 06-03-2017 That was 10 years ago. The last 10 years as in the duration since then. We've won a scudetto in 2011, had a pretty great mercato bringing in Zlatan + Robinho + Boateng in August. But thats 1 year out of 10. 10% success rate in the 10 year period which is poor for a club who at one time 'had the most titles in the world'.. RE: Summer transfer window 2017 - nefremo - 06-03-2017 I think hitman is talking about the actual management of the club and he is absolutely right. It's been about 10 years of mismanagement. It all slowly started in 2007. We should havr started rebuilding the squad slowly back than. Instead, we were fed the "we just won the CL, we are good as we are" crap when the entire world could see that we had some major issues starting to unravel. A couple years after that the shit completely hit the fan. Marota is right when he says that clubs created a mentality of excuses...a loser mentality. I am sure he is talking about Milan, and G's excuses of how Italian teams can't compete financially, etc....he literary wrote a book with excuses...all the while Milan still had top 10 revenue in the world. And now, look at what Juventus has done with good planning and top notch management. They just simply lacked the desire and ability. They were ancient in their management style and failed. At the end, we resorted to making deals with friends and lost all our commercial appeal. Milan would make for an absolutely incredible researcj study. How to NOT manage a company. ANY company. As long as Fassone and the Chinese are transparent and have a plan...they will succeed. Sure we'll have bad seasons here and there....but Milan is too big for them to fail. Too many fans, too many opportunities. You literary almost have to try to fail...maybe that's wgat B&G were doing before taking the cash in the sale.... RE: Summer transfer window 2017 - Ryo - 06-03-2017 The fact we're talking to Mendes is sending out strong signals to the likes of hyenas like Raiola: Go fuck yourself. If you want to try holding this club hostage, we'll cut our ties and go find even better agents to talk to. Here's hoping Donnarumma's family will take the hint and cut ties with cancer like him. Go find another agent who will better represent your son and actually think of whats best for him.
