RE: Summer transfer window 2017 - nefremo - 07-29-2017 Don't rule out the fact that AT LEAST Haixia Capital is in on this whole thing. Lu Bo, a general manager for Haixia, is not on Milan's board just because he is bored. There are big players behind Li! RE: Summer transfer window 2017 - Aficio - 07-29-2017 I don't think UEFA care about how how the Chinese, the Arabs, the Russian,... earn money, as long as the money continues to pour into European football. FFP forces the small clubs to control their finance and the big clubs to attract money from outside Europe. UEFA wins (the most). RE: Summer transfer window 2017 - Siregar - 07-29-2017 I expect Badelj is a backup plan if we can not get Sanches. He is experienced and plays in same position with Locatelli, this will limit Locatelli games. With Sanches transfer, Locatelli would still be a vice Regista (hopefully Montella will have clear mind to put Monto as 3rd option for regista) and he still has chance to get games by playing as central midfielder. Bona/Sanches/Locatelli ---- Biglia/Locatelli/Monto --- Kessie/Sanchez We have not make any transfer for alsmost two weeks? Meh, this is unacceptable! Yonghong laughs everytime we sign players lol, he'd be a lot more worried if he felt there was any risk. Because those teams have "outside income" from Abrahimovic or the Arabs, so their balance sheet always remains "balanced", or even "positive" to buy players. We also had "outside income" from Finivest, but Silvo Berlusconi was tired of injecting money, so his investment was only for balancing. Still thank him but that was not enough. Small clubs have no "outside income", so if their financial control ability is weak, they die. UEFA even loves that "cheating" way of doing football business, because the more big names in their competitions, the more advertisement money they earn. And big names from bigs clugs. Who need to care about the small/weak/poor clubs? RE: Summer transfer window 2017 - slifersd - 07-29-2017 SiriusXM (it's not spelled Serious, guys) is nothing but a platform. The shows that is on there are still created and made by people, not unlike anything else you see on TV/internet/radio. Due to the fact that you have to pay money to have SiriusXM radio, they are considered more like HBO or PPV, and are not under the same level of restriction with its content as your normal radio stations. For example, they can say f*ck on it whereas that word will always be bleeped out on a normal radio station. Point is, just because it is a show on SiriusXM does not mean they are somehow superior in quality, they are just different. The thing about Palotta is, he opened his mouth when he shouldn't have, because he does not know what Milan's actual business model is. Actually, I don't think anyone knows what our actual business plan is, since we are in uncharted territory right now. A big part of our plan is to develop the China market through the Milan China. But nobody else has really done this before, so it is hard to figure out how much we can actually get from it. If Milan China becomes a huge success and we bring in a huge amount of revenue through sponsorships and other activities, then we are all set. If not, then PAlotta would be right and we'd be in serious trouble. FFP does not really care how rich the owner is, you still have to balance out your books no matter what. The reclusiveness of our real owners is also a problem, because it is hard for people to trust a bunch of unknowns. Fassone is a complete and total bad ass man. Fast, aggressive and intelligent beyond belief. This guy looks like a guy who's seen it all and isn't intimidated by anything. I know the sample size is still small, but Fassone is starting to look like he's an even better leader than the young Berlu. Hopefully he sticks around for a long time. BTW, out of curiosity, I looked up the stock price of Roma. They are trading at 0.47 euro per share lol. I knew soccer clubs aren't exactly going to be priced like Amazon, but good lord, that is still laughably low. RE: Summer transfer window 2017 - Milan369 - 07-29-2017 (07-28-2017, 03:12 PM)nefremo Wrote: Fassone is savage! He wastes no time putting things in order. (07-29-2017, 02:44 AM)Aficio Wrote: I don't think UEFA care about how how the Chinese, the Arabs, the Russian,... earn money, as long as the money continues to pour into European football. Exactly. What Uefa need is more revenue and money. They know that if a global club like Milan can come back on top it is good for them. RE: Summer transfer window 2017 - Siregar - 07-29-2017 So, it should be clear that there is only one thing that differs us to Muenchen, about the loan fee (with can give effect to the transfee also). We are the one in better position not Muenchen. Muenchen need to sell Sanches since they have paid for him a lot of money (35 mil euros that could raise twice). They can hope they could develop him but how? Dry loan? No big clubs want to do that. They could loan him to small clubs but does they player wants to go there or to Milan? Muenchen could also sell him but who wants to splash 35-40 mil euros talent that already missed one year development? The best solution for Muenchen is : loan with option or with obligation to buy. The first option is much more realistic, giving the club tests the player and see if they could develop to player to reach his potential or at least to reach the value of 35-mil-euro player. So, the problem should be only: how much should other club pay for the loan and the transfer fee after the loan finished. These two things (especially the first one) I think that we still don't agree with Muenchen. We still have time, Sanches could even make his voice louder to Muenchen that he needs game which could raise our chance to get him by our term of loan agreement. Quote:La Gazzetta dello Sport: Milan remain calm in their pursuit of Renato Sanches, despite Chelsea's interest. Milan's only obstacle is the loan fee requested by Bayern, which they would like to decrease and instead offer a higher sum for the buy-out option that would be inserted. Milan are not worried as they have the approval of the Portuguese international and the support of his agent, Jorge Mendes. Milan Eye |
