Napoli's group is, IMO, the toughtest out of all 8; while Inter Merda's group is perhaps one of the easiest, together with the one with Porto.
So this year, all three Italian teams may still go through, or there may be just one in the final 16.

If the 2nd team of Milano lose against Trabzonspor, at home, the last 16 might be a bit too far don't you think?
