It's a shame that he's not eligible to play in UCL but hopefully just like Balo last year, he'll have the same effect in serie A. Welcome to Milan, Honda.

I might be overdoing it, but I've seen Honda play quite a few times and I expect a lot from him. I don't expect him to be one of the best players in the world, but I expect him to be able to play a big part in winning games for us, and not just a filler player who can throw around a few nice passes. Hopefully (like Xu said) the #10 shirt isn't too much for him, and he settles well. If he can play the same football he did in Russia, he'll be a very important player for this team.

I will check the source again, but I remembered reading somewhere that it is Honda himself who specifically requested #10 jersey.
