IMO, Allegri = Mancini

If their teams are stronger & stable -> win
If their teams are in trouble -> clueless

Not bad, but no "magic" in them.

In general ,sometimes yes. But it is questionable how many from 5 leagues he would won if there was no referee help. Despite having the strongest team in league.
Since we're (hopefully) in proces of "team building" ,than it is obvious why we should not hire a mediocre coach. Those two are not winning combination.
