RE: Stephan El Shaarawy
Not that I'm worried about him but still it's good to hear that. Also his agent yesterday downplayed the rumor about his rift with Allegri. The incompatibility with Mario, the relationship with the coach, etc, he must get used to these constant pressure and rumor from the media. Next season the level of expectation will be even higher.

Well, it must be some what difficult to not have scored for a little while. In the first few months of the season he was on the path of averaging a C.Ronaldo goal average with a goal/two goals per game almost every time.

RE: Stephan El Shaarawy
I'm not at all concerned with El Shaarawy. He's still so young and has a lot to develop, being benched/rested against Napoli isn't a major concern, especially knowing that fatigue has set in this half of the season. Only two players in world football can maintain the sort of pace he was setting in the first half of the season and both of them are at their very peak, rather than having their breakthrough season.

The news of late I think is mostly imagined by the media, who I think are having a bit of a slow week so make headlines with the fact he was benched.

As for the player himself, I think he's mostly suffering from mental fatigue. Physically he's not looking bad, but if you look at his movement and work on the ball, he's no longer taking the risks and penetrating opponents like he was a few months back.
