This! I was thinking the same thing. Just leave the ball and take he chance that someone else will be right behind you.....and there was (i think Florenzi?).

I don't see the same issue this season. We are on par, if not even better than them in the middle of the park.
Just need more goals and we will win this comfortably.

I don't think there is a question. We are outplaying them all over the field, but especially in the midfield. SMS has not played a forward ball while Alberto is forced to pick it up in his own half facing his own goal. On the contrary, I don't think Tonali/Kessie have even played the ball backwards. It's all been gung-ho vertical and quick.

What a first half. 12 vs 2 in shot, and 1:0 scoreline was so unfair. Kessie wasn't anything spectacular to deserve that 8.5m he was demanding. I was hoping that Tonali would take the penalty. Got to let someone who we know for sure is staying and has a future with us to take that reward; instead, we are letting Lazio back into the game.

Of course, if the second half would still be like the first one, Lazio shouldn't have any chance or deserve anything; but Lazio has a great tactician as their coach and a few players that can change the game in matter of seconds, so 1:0 is just not safe at all.

Yes, it was Florenzi. He may have scored there, if Kessie used his head (metaphorically) or didn't use his head (literally).

Ibra and Baka. I’m kind of worried about him in the double pivot. Let’s see.
