Milan are looking to close a permanent deal for Junior Messias in the next 48 hours having decided to proceed with the winger. it should be a figure lower than the €5.4m established last summer as part of the initial deal.

That's just their business model, to overpay and over crowed every position until they win the big one. They also have added incentive to do that nowadays, since their new owner/GM/coach/lord/savior Mbappe is going to demand that from the ownership team. As long as UEFA continues to turn a blind eye to all their sponsorship contracts, their model won't fail. Unlike 99% of the clubs in the world, they are essentially funded by a whole country and it's hard to see how they can ever go bankrupt
