AC Milan Empoli tickets problem

Hi, san siro was my dream but unfortunetly date was change and i cant arrive 1 day early so now i must sell 2 tickets. I bought it on offical site, so now there are my names and change of name is not available yer. Please can you tell me when usually ac milan site allow possibilty change of name? Can you give me some advice how safetly sell this tickets? Its 159 sector row 18 and seat 27 and 29. Original price was 99€ each but i do t have problem sell it for 75€ each. I dont want to lose 200€  Thanks for any advice
