Because that would be totally against youth policy strategy. Btw youth policy doesn't mean playing youngsters like Gabriel/Niang/Saponara. It means developing first team players from academy like DES/Cristante/Mastour.
Last year Galliani said DES was shining example of youth strategy. He cost just E1,000. He knows we've waited 20yrs for another Maldini so won't sell easy.
