-------T. Motta---------------------Montolivo-----------------

Italy is not in a good state overall, but what are Prandelli's plans? I'm assuming he wants a lineup like this...

Abate is not called, mate. What a sin!!!
Bonucci is injuried.

http://italy.worldcupblog.org/italy/the-...-here.html

Goalkeepers: Buffon (Juventus), Sirigu (Palermo), Viviano (Bologna);

Defenders: Astori (Cagliari), Balzaretti (Palermo), Cassani (Palermo), Chiellini (Juventus), Criscito (Genoa), Gamberini (Fiorentina), Maggio (Napoli), Ranocchia (Inter);

Midfielders: Aquilani (Juventus), Marchisio (Juventus), Montolivo (Fiorentina), Motta Thiago (Inter), Nocerino (Palermo), Palombo (Sampdoria), Pirlo (Milan);

Forwards: Balotelli (Manchester City), Cassano (Milan), Gilardino (Fiorentina), Giovinco (Parma), Matri (Juventus), Pazzini (Inter), Rossi (Villarreal).

----------------------------Buffon---------------------------
---Cassani-----Ranocchia------Chiellini-----Balzaretti---
-----------Motta-----------Pirlo----------Palombo---------
---------Balotelli-------------------------Rossi-------------
---------------------------Pazzini---------------------------

The Palermo wingbacks are the best now.
Simple & effective Motta and experienced Palombo are needed to protect Pirlo. It would be better if there were De Rossi or Gattuso.
Rossi's form in Spain is great, he deserves starting role over Cassano.
Pazzini has more experience than Matri. Gilardino is not very good.

IMO better Cassano than Balotelli as a second striker to be honest.

We (Albania) have to get at least a draw against Bosnia & Herzegovina to keep our qualification hopes alive. The guys played a pretty neat game against Belarus, short and quick passing, keeping possession, creating chances and even hitting the post twice. Our best game since ages, although it finished only 1-0 for us.

I think Cassano and Rossi are alike so they can not play at the same time.

Is Lorik Cana in good form? Is he the captain?

Cana is by far the best player in our NT. He's mostly used as a central defender, because our shortage of CD's. He's been doing great in that position too. In our first game against Bosnia, Dzeko had a poor game purely because of him. Great anticipation and great tackling. He's currently the vice-captain after Ervin Skela.

Also Hamdi Salihi has been doing pretty well in our NT. Has scored nearly in every game since he began to claim a starting spot.

Thanks my friend. If you have any time try to watch any of Albania's games. Out of interest, where are you from?

My pleasure.

I'm from Vietnam. After war time, we have been trying our best to catch up with other nations in football. In recent years we have established ourselves in Southeast Asia but there are still big gap between us and top Asian NTs.
