Here's my response to this(same one I put on Facebook);


Imagine being as experienced as Mirabelli, still doing a worse Job than a newbie in Maldini then having the audacity to give him shit. Mirabelli is an absolute dipshit of epic proportions.

Give Mirabelli a break. This poor guy is desperate for some attention. 

Indeed. He's been doing nothing the past two seasons so the only way he can get some column inches and hopefully attention from future employer is by badmouthing about Milan.

First of all....fuck Mirabelli! The dumbass spent over 200m in one summer and somehow managed to make this team worse. He should never EVER be allowed to talk. Not sure why he's given the time.

As I've said before, Maldini and Boban haven't been perfect. But there is one fundamental problem here. It's patience. Getting Rangnick, or Gasperini, or Monchi, etc, etc.....and expecting immediate results, would be ludicrous. IF they make this decision with Rangnick, so be it. Just don't come back next April and fire him because we are not fighting for the title or in the top 4......because we likely won't be. These guys (Rangnick, Gasperini, Monchi, etc) have all taken their sweet time to build what they did in their previous time. There was no pressure to be the top team, so as long as they weren't getting relegated, were competitive, were maybe getting into Europe, etc, etc....they were left alone to keep building. Now tell me...do you think this will happen in Milan????? Hell no it won't. We will be here a year from now, discussing the same thing. Prime example is Gasperini at Inter. Prime example is Monchi at Roma. The idiots at Inter thought he will just recreate his past football in 1 summer. The idiots at Roma thought that Monchi will build the same network and have the same success he had at Sevilla, within 1 year at Roma. It's impossible. It's stupid to expect that.

Now, it's our turn I guess. As I said, if they are going to hire Rangnick and let him work, no matter the results in the first couple of years, then so be it. But I don't see that happening. This is Milan and Serie A. Not Schalke. Not Red Bull. Not Austria. The guy, NO MATTER HOW BRILLIANT, will not be able to recreate any of his past success in 1 year. He will need 3,4 or more years of time. Elliot will not wait.
It was the same last summer. It started off with Maldini and Boban and Gazidis/Elliot being so happy and understanding. "Mid-long term plan. We are not necessarily looking to win right away. We need time. blah blah blah blah blah". It was all bullshit, clearly, because if you fast forward 8-9 months, the patience has run out. No more mid-long term plan. They want something NOW. Same thing will happen with Rangnick, and it will be a cycle that never ends......until someone realizes that this is NO LONGER Milan of the late 80s, 90s, 2000s. This is a mid-table club (that has the potential and fan base to get back to the top). And because of that, you can't expect a mid-table club to just immediately get to the top. It takes the right decisions, but most importantly, it takes time and patience.

I've already called it. Rangnick will be sacked before xmas. 

Elliot clearly want short term success so they can sell off the club which is fine. Then sign Spalletti, bring in some old experienced players, get us back to UCL and sell the club. 
Then the new people that come in can start again... again... and sign a Rangnick and build a project properly.

well, some fans, here included, doesn't even have the patience, i have told multiple times, we need to be patient to have another success in the world of football, i would prefer we just sold all of our players and start playing with the primavera, maybe keeping some good talent with cheap wages. someone like plizzari, calabria, gabbia, etc etc, if only we didnt sell cutrone and locatelli, we could have a base for our team imo. yes they are not world beater, but they are a good prospect to be built upon as foundation for our team in the years to come.

No Reason why we couldn't still do that.

Keep Theo, Roma, Gabbia, Calabria, Plizzari, Bennacer, Leao. 


Keep some of the others like Samu as an example for depth and a little experience.

But patience is key. Ity would be nice to achieve things sooner rather than later but I honestly feel like, with some of these youngsters, there's no reason why we couldn't stay in an EL spot. 

We just need to stop the panic sacking of the coach just because we start slow.
