Massimo Ambrosini is considering leaving Italian champions Milan at the end of the season.
Although he’s been with the Rossoneri for nine years, the Italian international is struggling for a regular first team shirt.
"I can’t be happy with this situation as I have rarely featured so far," he told the Corriere dello Sport newspaper.
"Nevertheless, I know that the competition for places will always be very tough at a club like this.
"I regularly think about my future and I’ve already spoken to the club officials about it given that my contract expires in 2006.
"I do want to play more often but I’m also aware that this is a club which guarantees a player great benefits. You can't get much better than Milan.
"A transfer? If the situation doesn’t change and a few concrete offers arrive then I will evaluate them."
The former Vicenza player has attracted transfer interest in the past with Juventus apparently keen.
However, the midfielder also has fans abroad as both Real Madrid and Barcelona could consider bids.
Meanwhile, Milan are said to be tracking River Plate youngster Maxi Lopez. The striker is tied to the Argentine club untill 2006
