Can't you do anything with those F*CK or S*IT comments? THEY are getting VERY annoying and adds to a lot of people's frustration when reading.
I mean, I'm being selfish here, but the comments are REALLY inconsiderate. It's not just one or twice, but it has been keep coming by some people. Can't do anything with that?
Extraordinary turn-around by Milan. These are the kind of games that makes Champions :devs:
Geez, you're quick with the threads, Goirre! ;)
First win for Milan at Parma in three years or something like it! :D Pressure on Juve.
f*ck those suckers from parma through arse........
I really don't think a football forum is the place for your sexual fantasies, although there's nothing wrong with being gay, of course. I'm sure there are specialized sites out there for you.
great game. we made hard work of it but the 3 points are the most important thing :D
3 points! That's the most important!
Before this match, we've only won once in 9 visits to the Tardini, and that was on 25 Nov 2001 courtesy of a headed goal from Pippo.
The gap now 1 point (at least for the next 24 hours).
Now it's up to Lazio to upset the old b!tch!

I have been purposely implicit in my last post about who makes it. Well....
We desperately need more Serginhos (good corner taker), more Dhorasoos and more Kaka's in our team --> Dynamic players.
Solari plz in January , if possible or try for Vicente.
Dhorasoo and Sergio (finally a good corner taker) chenged the game. Finally some goal threat....
But still we suffer from counter attacks, need more physical presence in central midfield too, especially if the opponent is some better team.
one moment I thought that it's all over... but....
the same thing happened last year in game against Sparta when we were loosing 1:2 and the time was gouing wery fast.... but we made it....
we made it again.......

What did you think of Pirlo's goal, Bayman?
here is match report from www.channel4.com
pleasant reading
Serie A Week 14 - 4/12/04 (18.00)
Parma 1 - 2 Milan
Gilardino 68 (P), Kaka 82 (M), Pirlo 89 (M)
Stadio Tardini
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Andrea Pirlo completed a spectacular comeback as Milan scored twice in the last eight minutes to conquer the Stadio Tardini.
Andriy Shevchenko returned to partner on-form ex-Parma hero Hernan Crespo. The Argentine is still the Gialloblu's all-time top scorer in Serie A.
The Stadio Tardini outfit was forced to do without a host of stars including Marco Marchionni, Domenico Morfeo and the suspended Cesare Bovo.
There was a great chance for the visitors after just 90 seconds, as Shevchenko and Crespo combined to set Kaka running into the box, but the Daniele Bonera cut him off.
Kaka had another opportunity set up by the Ukrainian soon after and Sebastien Frey needed a spectacular scissor-kick clearance on Fabio Simplicio's over-enthusiastic back-pass.
Shevchenko has never scored at the Tardini, but he really couldn't have gone any closer than after 12 minutes. His first touch to bring down Clarence Seedorf's cross-field pass was exquisite and a fierce left-foot half-volley thumped the upright.
The Rossoneri were dominating and Seedorf did hit the back of the net, but play had already been stopped for a debatable Crespo push on Bonera.
Seedorf went close soon after when he rushed through the centre, but Frey excelled himself with a fantastic one-handed save and then Kaka blasted his follow-up wide.
Parma's first shot on goal came after 35 minutes when Andrea Pisanu drilled inches wide from around 25 metres.
The second half started on a similar vein, with Frey getting down well to block Gennaro Gattuso's strike, but for the most part Parma battened down the hatches and held on under waves of pressure.
There was more bad news for the Gialloblu when Damiano Ferronetti and Alessandro Rosina limped off in favour of Alessandro Potenza and Ruopolo. Milan also made a change, resting Crespo after he was the only fit striker available for the last three games.
However, despite the pressure, it was Parma who took the lead with their first shot on the frame of goal. Mark Bresciano's free kick from the right reached Milan transfer target Alberto Gilardino and his glancing header left Dida standing. That was the first goal Milan had conceded on their travels since September's trip to Lazio.
Kaka blasted well wide and Carlo Ancelotti threw on Serginho and Vikash Dhorasoo in a bid to turn the game around in these final 20 minutes.
The Rossoneri were pouring forward and that left room for the counter-attack, though Ruopolo got past Paolo Maldini only to waste the final pass towards Bresciano.
Andrea Pirlo curled a free kick just over the crossbar and Kaka drilled a rising strike wide. It was turning into a siege and with eight minutes left on the clock the equaliser arrived from a set-piece. A Dhorasoo corner kick was touched on by Tomasson and Kaka toe-poked in at the back post.
Frey rushed off his line to clear off Tomasson's head, but at the same time clattered into the Dane's back for a painful knock. Kaka wasted a counter-attack by not releasing the ball for Serginho in time, yet Parma could have grabbed a late winner when Bresciano's shot was deflected off Maldini and Dida readjusted his position to palm it out of the bottom corner.
From the resulting set-piece Fabio Simplicio's powerful strike came off Alessandro Nesta and almost took Dida by surprise again.
Parma gave away the ball in midfield and Paolo Cannavaro needed a brave header to clear from Tomasson. From the corner kick Tomasson's header was well parried by Frey, but the ball stayed in the area and Andrea Pirlo slammed in a fierce drive to give Milan the lead in the final minute.
It was a familiar scenario for Silvio Baldini's men, who lost 1-0 to Sampdoria last week deep into stoppages.
It still wasn't over, as Bresciano slipped in the area for Parma, then at the other end Tomasson slammed his effort on to the woodwork with Frey beaten. There were five minutes of injury time and Gilardino turned Nesta only to fire off target as Milan held their collective breath during this late scare.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Parma: Frey; Ferronetti (Potenza 61), Bonera, Cannavaro, Contini; Pisanu (Cardone 82), Simplicio, Budel, Rosina (Ruopolo 66); Bresciano, Gilardino
Milan: Dida; Cafu, Nesta, Maldini, Pancaro; Gattuso (Dhorasoo 69), Pirlo, Seedorf (Serginho 71), Kakŕ; Shevchenko, Crespo (Tomasson 66)

We WONNN!
I can't believed it! We were nowhere until 80 min but we showed our character, of course our champions character!
Let's now hope Lazio will perform a miricle!
Forza MILAN
A goal doesn't change the fact, that we played highly ineffective football for 70 minutes.
Credit for both goals should go to Serginho in huge parts instead. Finally some threatening corners who don't look like balls of cotton wool thrown at the keeper.
And I have no problem with Pirlo playing - if he does in an offensive midfield position.
Geez, you're quick with the threads, Goirre! ;)

We are all passionate with Milan, and I dare say everyone is frustrated with the team's performance.
I believe that since we all post here, we have the responsibility to make sure that this is more a friendly environment. Please notice that you are not the only one using this forum, and many people here don't have the chance to see Milan on TV too. It is therefore extremely impt to keep update here and surely you don't want to seee some posts with F*CK and S*IT all around.
This is indeed very shameful.

I would leave it to you to say that we are ineffective for 70 minutes, and I would leave it to you to decide if Pirlo is the ONE, the ONLY ONE, that contributes to this ineffectiveness.
We'll let the judgment to the rest, because I didn't watch the match.
BUt, I HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt if PIRLO is the ONLY one resonsible for that.
We can well blame Sheva for not scoring today.
But we won't.
In that case, would it be unfair to Pirlo?
I know tha they are in different positions, but the conclusion is the same for you, that it's ineffetive.
So why bother with individual player but not the team?

well, I edited the post quoted by Ruffian. Whenever you feel a post is offensive in any way, just report it and it will be taken care of. But yes, we should all be respectful in our posts.
Carlos... I have just apologized him pesonally ;)
There is no need to create a storm in a glass of water. Milan was dominant in this game and attacked 75% of the time. Including the cancelled goal (legal, in my opinion), Frey's great saves, the goalpost and other close calls, Milan should have won the game 4-1 or better.
It is a great thing we were able to come back in the last 10 minutes - as Laudrup says, it is the mark of a championship team. This victory is good for the 3-points and good for the moral. Kaka is getting in high gear now, and I expect more and more from the attack. It seems we are finally in decent physical shape. Let the opposing teams beware.
As to Parma's performance - I think it is a shame to play "catenaccio" for 85 minutes and not have the ambition to attack and show their home fans a little football. They had two or three attempts on goal, and the rest was a pretty negative display of defensive football at all costs. They did not deserve a win, a tie, or even a cheer from their fans.
Bayman, stop pointing the finger at Pirlo: he is one of Milan's backbone players and will be with the team for another 10 years. Get used to it...

so true. you don't have to like him but as a matter of fact some people (among them galliani and carlo) think that pirlo is quite useful to milan so he will be around for some time. everyone knows that you don't like him or his position so there is no need to point it out after every match. we already know!!!!!
Inter are doing quite comfortable... only 20 mins gone Adriano has scored twice...
The fact is he won't :0

you didn't watch the game? let me tell you, we played very very well for this game. its not ineffective play that prevent us from taking the lead. its poor decision by ref, luck and also the fact that the opponents put all their players behind the ball. i dare say this game is much better than the same fixture last year when we dominated the whole match and only got a 0-0 draw.
but pirlo didn't play poorly or well either. its just an average performance by him. i don't know why he was fielded as i still prefer him to sit out a few more matches and come back with a bang. his goal was a very nice goal. from the corner, parma fail to clear the ball and the ball fell to pirlo who blast it in with a sweet volley that leave the whole parma team in shock.
kaka was very good but i felt that he should be better at timing the release of his ball. sometimes he just hold on too much and other times he release it too fast. but his movement and control of the ball make him a class above the rest.
i felt the need to comment on the stupid ref. he give too many dubious decisions both for and against us. like the seedorf 's "goal". crespo clearly went for the ball and got it but a foul was called. this is ridiculous IMO. another instance is a foul committed by gila who did nothing at all but nevertheless the foul was still given. he keep stopping the game and give freekicks when he could simply just play the advantage. a lousy ref whole spoil the game for me.
Seems like Tomasson had quite an impact when he came on as a sub: Set up Kaka and Pirlo got the winner after the goalie had saved a shot from JDT. Now he just needs to start scoring :r11:
it seems that Iter eventually will gain victory after vast gap of time -- Adriano hattrick...

well, he almost did when he blast the ball at the post. but crespo also did well, he backheel a superb ball which didn't materialise into a goal but still a very nice move. i am just glad we now have 3 fit strikers who are all very good. now just ask barca to get lost, what with them trying to steal tomasson from us.
it seems that Iter eventually will gain victory after vast gap of time -- Adriano hattrick...
none of our business they won't be involved in the race anyway. i have already written them off. they are not even worth mentioning in the same thread as us. they will win this and then draw the next 6-7 games. you didn't notice the trend?
oh yeah I have but hattrick is not a routinal event ;)
And their play in the first half is far far away to this years inter...

2nd Half: 48th minute
As I write this, Milan are 1-0 behind Parma in the Tardini, after squandering numerous opportunities in the first half, and then never really getting into gear in the second. Let us forget the goal that was disallowed in the first half, as we will get decisions against us like this throughout the season…it is the response to these decisions that determine the true grit of a champion.
60 somethingth minute:
The regrettable arrogance that I saw in earlier matches has crept back into evidence, this determined swagger that says: I will waltz through your packed defence with the greatest of ease, and nothing you can do will stop us. Will someone wake up Ancelotti and tell him Ronaldhino plays for Barcelona, not Milan?
Kaka, Seedorf and Gattuso as a midfield trio somehow no longer seem to be able to prise open the packed defences we inevitably face when playing in the Serie A. Clubs plan to act on the counter, soaking up the pressure they know will come from a technically superior opponent. Why not then play Rui Costa, and Dhorasso, who have the close skills necessary to dribble past an opponent or two and thus create space/opportunity?
Time and time again I saw Milan attempt one-two passes at the “D” of the 18-yard box, only for a blade of grass, the lucky heel of an opponent, or some other happenstance to prevent a successful delivery.
Crespo looked like his “old-self” a result of poor fitness, and with it, missed chances, and reduced confidence.
70th minute:
Carlo took his usual conservative “own-sweet-time”, waiting till the 70th minute, to introduce the substitutions that were begging to be made, yet, unfathomably, left Rui Costa on the bench in favour of Serghino? JDT replaced Crespo, for whom he should have started, but for morale purposes I suppose, it was important for the Argentine to start. The subs though began to make an impression; Dhorasso’s timely runs with the ball and neat touch giving Milan much needed space in the final third. While I was still scratching my head, I witnessed a comeback that could have serious implications for the title chase.
Set pieces have been unkind to us so far this season, but lady luck is notoriously fickle, and decided to reward us with her favour, and gifted Kaka a ball 2 feet from the goal line, which the Brazilian dutifully converted, for the equaliser.
A second attempt by Serghino at a cross into the box in the 90th minute fell kindly for Pirlo to rocket a shot for us to take the lead, so that sub for one thing cannot be second guessed, but damn Carlo for the stressful 10 or so minutes when it looked like we weren’t going to get the result!
90th minute + time added:
Yes! The result at last! but ahh the stress!
Post Match:
Milan showed championship mettle in keeping their focus on the pitch, adjusting to accommodate the substitutions, and finishing the opportunities that fell to them.
We can gain further confidence from this result, as can the team, and they surely will, though I hope not at the price of allowing that swaggering arrogance to overwhelm them in the attacking third.
Sheva’s continued inability to score in the Tardini stadim continues to worry, as the post denied the Ukraine bomber in the 1st half, and overall, he somehow never seemed to be in the right position at the right time…Crespo playing in that point position was dismal, and never gave Sheva the opportunity to get a “set up” shot with space.
We need only to look at Inter’s first half demolition of Messina in the San Siro to show what the results of domination in a football game should be. Adriano’s luck, in finishing 3 baby box chances, borne of confidence at home, was in stark contrast to Sheva’s tireless efforts without reward, shot after shot being closed down, rarely touching the ball in the 6 yard box, and always coming from a deep position.
Our defensive unit was without reproach today with the exception of the goal, but Pancaro, whom I thought should have been replaced at the break, allowed Gilardino the space to flick a sweet header past Dida, from….you guessed it, a set piece.
This result gives the players and fans a psychological boost, to know that at least for another 24 hours, we will only be one point behind the Old Lady. What has impressed me the most is how the players never seemed in doubt that the result would come before the final whistle. The chances seemed to flow, with Dhorasso impressing, and Parma, tired and lacking in confidence almost let in a third, but we were denied by the post from JDT’s cracker of a shot.
In the end, an enthralling nail biting game, one that we were lucky, or determined enough to win.

what a player! he's DEADLY
I'm glad we win and get closer to juve altho it was late victory
I mean it is on 82- 89 mint let us hope juve can tight or lose to
Lasio (my 2 hatest after inter) but as long it help us I don't mind
they win. but I think juve either will win or tight since lazio this
year not stronger like before
Proud of AcMilan
proud of Kaka-Pirlo + all other milan players
very very impressive game by inter todai, very glad we beat parma n it said on the news that nedved is going to play against lazio, so this means that there is a good chance of us gainin more points on juve

u mean nedved isnt playing
dildil... u mean tie.. not tight... :stupid:
i wish lazio put up a fight against juve
Well, I have to say that I was nervous before the game, because Parma hasn't been an easy opponent during the last few years. And days like today can decide the scudetto. I mean Milan played a day BEFORE Juve and if Milan wins, it will put a lot of pressure on Juve. During the match, I really got insane. Ok, Milan played good football, but without results. I told myself to be patience, that they are professionals, that they surely control the game, but after Parma's goal I thought OMG....
At least Milan won, and I'm very happy about it ! Very, very happy. First I was a bit disappointed that they didn't score earlier, but then I remembered the past - Milan scored and within a few minutes it was a draw, and at the end they lost. Well....I certainly go for todays variant !

yea, he was good, it is true ;)
actually, I didn't see the match, so I can't tell
great job by our boys, we definitely deserved this win. Lets hope Lazio plays well against Juve. And what about the Perdentis? they didn't draw, I am surprised :tong: ....chances are they will go back to drawing soon though, they have X all over them.
Forza Magico Pirlo! great to see players other than Shevchenko scoring goals :)
JDT had a great game and so did Dhorasso.
Never saw cafu lose his cool except in this game against cadrone!
It was one of our best matches this season and we kept them under pressure most of the time . Seedorf's dissallowed goal was 100% legal and Crespo's challenge was fair . We were very unlucky to concede a goal from Parma's first chance of the match yet again from a set-piece . Ancelotti's subs were great and contributed in the turnaround with Serginho and Dhorasso contributing in both of our goals . Anyway beating Parma away was never an easy task and we usually struggled at the Tardini in recent encounters .

maybe it's the ground we can't seem win on or the wet conditions or the entire team just had an off day, but that was a very disappointing display.
we controlled the game without making very many scoring chances. Milan were lucky to get any points.
THere needs to be more urgency in the Milan team. Patiently passing the ball will not do much. Milan didn't look to try too much.
What has happened to Gatusso's ball handling skills? this game he was not needed to win balls, and only was a hindrance to the attack. Dharosoo was more productive in his short time.
Kaka can't seem to make his runs no more. Isn't he supposed to be the playmaker!? only remembered one brilliant run. rarely set up anyone.
Pancaro played another completely useless game. When was the last time he put in a half decent game?
wow ...that was really negative
The result spared Ancelotti's blushes.
Just when Crespo is finding the target and the Rui-Kaka feeder setup is doing the job, he changes it all. He could of maintained the setup and started Sheva from the bench as he's not 100%.
Nevertheless, his choice & timing of introducing JDT, Serginho & Dhorasoo did the job as they did make a difference and were involved in the goals.

I went to livescore.com to see the results ( as i was unable to see the game - my job sucks) i saw 2-1 for Milan, i was like wow koool.
Then i clicked on the goals to see who scored and when, then i was like WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!
lazio are leading juve 1-0 :D

damn juve's equaliser 1-1
lazio were pathetic, just rolled over and let juve dominate the game  would be nice to get into a position where we can over-take them if we beat them on the 18th.
Lazio should have had a penalty. Buffon took out Simone Inzaghi, who actually deserved a PK, the little diver. Ibrahimovic should have been red-carded for his stamp on Siviglia(sp?), but he stayed on to score the winner. Typical Juve. But Lazio did roll over.
Still, I'm not sure I want Milan to be the winter champions. :D

A very good performance by the team I think. It was good to see us control the game so well and keep possession superbly.
Dida had a quiet game and I don't think he saw Gilar's header in time to stop it
Pancaro was fair. He made a lot of runs forward to try and add width, but really couldn't deliver. Defensively, he only really failed once, but that resulted in the goal
Maldini was pretty much flawless
Nesta same as Maldini, but him and Gilar tangled a lot ;)
Cafu was again fairly quiet by his standards. No defensive errors, but going forward he didn't add enough of a threat, although he did push forward fair amounts
Pirlo had a decent game in my opinion. He didn't sparkle as what people may expect from him, but he developed play reasonably well and his defensive work was quite good too. Also, must note that he made the difference in the end ;)
Gattuso worked reasonably defensively and going forward he tried to help build attacks. Often struggled to complete passes due to the tight defence of Parma.
Seedorf was pretty good. He added creativity to the side and got into good positions, shame his goal was disallowed.
Kaka was quite possibly our MOM I think. Very good runs throughout the match and more often than not was our biggest threat to the Parma defence. Also, took up a good position to get his goal. Ricky is back on form ;)
Crespo started well but became quiet as the match went on. His movement was good though.
Sheva was quiet by his standards. He was unlucky not to score when hitting the post and thats the only chance he got. He did well during many attack build up plays, but in the end was crowded out by the Parma team (the same seemed to happened to Crespo)
The subs all did well after coming on and Serginho especially played a huge part for the goals.
It was a great result and the performance was excellent. We were unlucky to go behind and the team showed great character to turn it around.
Shame Juve won
FORZA KAKA!

Sheva seemed a little sloppy in this game by his standards. His ball controlling let him down probably on 2 occasions, in one of which he ran the ball out of the field :1whis: . Other than that, we always had ball possession but struggled to break down Parma till last minute brilliances. But again, any teams would have problems with a 10-man defense tactic. I also noticed in the first half, cafu didnt make as many forward runs as he does and did in the second half.
