IT STILL HURTS TO THINK HOW THEY DEFEATED THE BRAZIL TEAM AND GOT AWAY WITH A PENALTY KICK WIN OVER PORTUGAL. PORTUGAL HAD THE BALL 80% OF THE TIME. RICARDO HAD RUSHED IN THE LAST TWO MINUTES TO HELP HIS TEAM. THE PENALTY KICK BY ZIDANE WAS OVERATED. Clahavaro didn't do it on purpose. Portugal got so unlucky. This was suppose to be there year.

not true, france were always the better team and the more confident team, portugal only had better ball possession because they were a goal down (and for the record its definatly a penalty ur just being biased) and were forced to defend their lead like any other smart team would do, against brazil they crushed them, france definatly deserve to be in the final

agree. France were simply too smart and organized for all of their opponents in the elimination rounds - lets not exclude the hot-air balloon called Spain - and beat them fair and square with minimum effort.

Dont count Le Bleus out. This is a very serious team. Let's not forget that they did beat Brazil. I'm sure the Azzurri could have done this but it is no easy feat! Of all teams, I really really really didnt want Italy to face these guys.
