Hey guys i was wondering what you think about a Flick R page for Milanmania. I was hoping to add a gallery, but Flick R would be better because it wouldnt be using any of Milanmanias storage.

You milan fans can donate pictures, i will create the account, and let people who i think can be trusted access to upload them. Any picture added will have the donaters credits on it.. * im considering watermarking any pictures donated so that we people cannot steal pictures. This might stop arguements over who donated what.

Alot of sites now have like a flick r teaser, a shameless plug i know but my site www.graemechidgey.com has a flick r plugin which displays 4 pictures from my gallery. I think you can set it up so that the pictures change everytime you visit the page. This would also be nice to see whos done what and when.

Tell me what you think, its an idea.. and above all its free to do!

Graeme

I have at least 3 photo albums full of stuff, from pictures of the city to the roof of the San Siro, to some of the lounges and stuff inside the stadium to Milanello....

Its a good idea. I would prefer them on a special (the looks) page as opposed to a typical FlickR page but it would nice to have a gallery like that.

we could host all the pictures on Flickr, and then create a gallery on here for ourselves ( with all the pictures being linked).. That way we could have best of both worlds!

Does Milanmania have a Yahoo account?

lightbox seems to be hugely popular these days ... i'm going to use it on my site too, not that i'm a flock following sheep mind you :D
