I am suprised that Juve had broken off their contract with the coach who brought them back to serie A. What is the reason for terminating the contract with Deschamps? Deschamps is a worldcup/cl winner & captined Juve & France as a player. As a coach he got Monaco to CL Finals in 2004, what else is he lacking?

Strongest speculation is that he and Alessio Secco had disagreements regarding Juve's transfer policy.
Deschamps didn't want Iaquinta, Pasqual and Mesto while Secco wants to buy these 3.

I doubt that's the reason though. Something is happening inside the club and none of us knows what's the real reason for Deschamps resigning ( he resigned, Juve weren't the ones who broke the contract).
Also there are talks how he wanted wage increase ( 500 000 per year more than what he was getting , while Juve offered him 100 000 increase).

To me it looks like a plan made long time ago. I don't think Juve directors planned to keep Deschamps for more than a year when they signed him. I guess he was here only to do the dirty job.
Unfair towards a legend :(
