Always fight for us by letting quite a few great players slip through our grasp and head to other teams ?
Oliveira is ok, i've never thought of him as anything spectacular. Maybe he could surprise us all and settle in like 'Chevanton', 'Suazo', etc and score a nice amount of goals .... but i doubt it.

eh ? Why kill the topic ?
It looks like we're interested in the player ... so who knows, maybe we'll get him aswell as Ronaldo, or just Oliveira on his own ..... or maybe not at all ... haha, i just don't know !

Oliveira is a good player~i hope this negotiation will be successful~
P.S.The Gazzetta said AC Milan will still try to land Ronaldo even if they are successful in capturing Oliveira. Last edited by wilson19860516; 25-08-2006 at 06:42. |

Ronaldo is down... Pitty...
As for Oliveira, apparently, his agent is the same as Ronaldinho's, i.e. Ronaldinho's brother... Therefore, speculation starts as to see Ronaldinho quitting Barça, since he's asking for a new contract, which he might not get. The problem would be the following: if Ronaldinho gets the wage raise he's asking for, he will be paid far more than any other star player in Barcelona, and God knows how many stars they have down there... Anyway, I don't quite care about that, for I don't quite like Ronaldinho, plus this is off topic... (I just hope that if ever he came, which I seriously doubt, Milan won't ever get rid of magic Kakà !) Greetz, M

I really wish we would just use the money we might offer Betis to try and get Suazo, they have to be a similar price ... plus Suazo is Serie A experienced.

On calciomercato it talks about the notice on the official site and then says that Betis want 18 million euros (around £12 million) and we've offered 10 million euros (around £6.5 million)
Suazo must surely have an EU passport, if not he must be close to getting one as he's been in Italy for quite a few years. Isn't it after 5 years you get citizenship ?
