My Lineup
-----------Ibrahimovic-----Pato-------------- ---------------------Robinho------------------ -----------Flamini------------Boateng-------- -----------------------Pirlo-------------------- Antonini-----Yepes-------Nesta------Montelongo --------------------Amelia---------------------- * Midfield sends a message that if players don't perform, others will replace them * TS is out, therefore I prefer Yepes to Sokratis as I think Yepes' experience will be good, and Sokratis has to be low on confidence after not seeing a minute since Cesena. * I am sticking to my word: I never want to see Bonera play again. * However, I'm assuming Bonera will start at RB instead of Montelongo. Zambrotta and Abate are obviously out injured. * I wish we had an actual LB, then Antonini can play RB * Amelia should start after a great game. * This midfield will certainly help out our Attack a lot more...and I like Robinho starting. I do understand, Napoli is in form, they're a good team, and they're jacked up about playing us at home. This will be a very difficult game. If we can manage to get 3 points, then I think we'll have a good run of games in Serie A. This is important, let's hope Allegri makes the right choices, and we can move the ball well, press high, and stifle that dangerous Napoli attack. Forza Milan |

sory im a bit retarted wats 20:45 canada time
to elmago.. i agree on all that, i like the robinho to start idea, i like the idea of starting yepes for once, giving montelongo a shot.. i dont have words to explain how much i think bonera incredibly sucks, amelia should be in net ahead of abbiati the hole season imo. and so on so fourth// sokratis is nothing to worry about, hes a good defender for his age he still has time to mature and get the hole concept etc. he has the qualities though. is onyewu ever gona actualy play for us? or does he actually like just saying he plays for milan but really never played a minute... i mean if i were him these years just sitting on the bench id definitely leave.. I don't agree about Yepes. I don't think he can stop Cavani, Yepes was disastrous in preseason. Maybe he's gotten better, but I'd rather play Sokratis. I really think pressing Napoli high, away from, without Thiago or Zambro is near suicide. We should stay pretty deep actually and try to hit them on the counter or maybe just loft the ball long to Zlatan, quick and direct. If we give Lavezzi, Hamsik and their full backs too much room between our lines we'll suffer a lot. We need to play it safe today.

actually i don't agree with a Yepes-Nesta duo as well because that will be too slow against an explosive Napoli....we need at least one young fast CB.
Would also be very interesting to see a Milan team without both Seedorf & Dinho |

I agree with you Elmago99 on the formation, only I would have Papa partnering Nesta and Abate on the right instead of Bonera
Also, I think that at some point (perhaps Coppa games) we should attempt to play with a classic 4-4-2 formation, fielding a midfield of KPB--Flamini--Pirlo---Merkel behind the frond two. I think that such a formation would prove sturdy and versatile and could be added to our tactical arsenal. I just hope I don't see a midfield of Seedorf-Pirlo-Rino ever again (well, not starting a game anyway!) Every time it happens it just doubles the probability of me developing heart disease

GOLLL ROBINHO..
assist by ODDO.. believe or not,, ODDO has played really well so far.... however, Napoli's Maggio went off with injury....so they had 10 men on field... I think Antonini and Maggio both got concussion's.. that was a terrible clash.. |
