Anyway I really like Burn After Reading (and most Coen Brothers movies). They mock many things, from plastic surgery to exaggerated paranoia. I nearly laughed my guts out at some of the last lines from the movie: CIA Superior: “So what did we learn from this? CIA Officer: “Um... I don't know. CIA Superior: “I don't ****in' know either. I guess we learnt not to do it again."

Here's an old movie but if you can catch Requiem for a Heavyweight starring Anthony Quinn, Jackie Gleason and Mickey Rooney. It's about a boxer on his last legs (Quinn) and his manager who uses him even when he is past his boxing days. The acting, especially by Quinn, is incredible and it is easily one of the saddest movies I have ever seen.

I just want to praise the works of a true genious: Lars Von Trier.
The 52 years old danish director makes wonderful and challenging movies you will watch several and several times. The "USA: Land of opportunities" trilogy started with 1) Dogville (2003) and continued with 2) Manderlay (2005) These two movies have been taken into my Philosophy of Law program by my lecturers as a starting point to reason around "Liberty and Justice", around the relationship between Dogville (or the City of Men) and Godville (or the City of God, one of the biggest subjects in medioeval philosophy in masterpieces such as Saint Augustine's Civitate Dei ). The second movie criticises the idea of "democracy exportation" and it shows how good intentions (or bad) can lead to a disaster. It will make you think a lot, and it's perfect to start a debate on political or moral subjects. I won't bother you anymore. Just alert you that the movie style is very particular. Lars Von Trier founded the Dogma 95 movement, which is meant to take cinematography back to its essence. Therefore the movies are often shot with steadycams, with almost no score or effects and are just based of powerful and fantastically written scripts and great performances from perfect actors. _________________ Công ty du hoc Tân Đại Dương là trung tâm tu van du hoc hàng đầu Vietnam .Chúng tôi cung cấp các dịch vụ du hoc singapore,thông tin hoc bong du hoc |

Mzk, if you like "the main parts" of Malena then from Elmago's list, I suggest you watch Eyes Wide Shut

Guess what, I have downloaded it 2 days ago. But I must admit, despite having stunning facial beauty, Miss Nicole Kidman is no match for Monica Bellucci ...... if you know what i mean ............

It's a very disturbing movie, and it contains at least one of the most brutal scenes I've seen, but I have a feeling you'll think it's worth it by the end It is a good movie though, just not the kinda movie you watch twice. |

Saw 'The American' (2010) the other night. Man I couldn't believe my eyes what Mr. George Clooney was doing in it ......... & I thought he was a neat gentleman. Good movie with slow tempo & okayish type of story but the best part was the Italian woman named Violante Placido. I am seriously falling in love with all these Italian women Genuine beauty is found in Italy,.............. or is it just me?
