i think the last 2 posts are in the wrong thread

Goal.com says Pato has claimed he will score 2 goals against Napoli. As these days goal.com is about as reliable as Tribal, and I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere else, I'm going to take this with a pinch of salt.

I must admit that his pace is just ridiculous. indeed, from the video on youtube, it looks like he is an extremely explosive player. Hope he'll bring in the much-needed pace up front with Kaka starting in the new year.

Yep...and more good news: Just saw Pato on a brazilian sport show last week, and he said that his weight jump from 71kg to 77kg(all muscle) working out at Milannelo...Pato also said that feels more strong, and even with more pace(Man, Pato was fast here in Brazil)...canīt wait till sunday

Welcome back Brasileiro, I missed your expertise on Brazilian football. I'm sure most of us are eager for Sunday to come.

Surely the trainers shouldn't make Pato put too much muscle mass...or he would lose the speed.

The original problem with ronaldo is that in madrid the trainers made him put to much muscle and he lost his original pace...ageing the muscle + a few kilos more make him look like a "gordo".
Ronaldo is not fat...He's like a body builder that is not in good shape...looks bigger than he is.

Thanks, can't say I'm too pleased to see him make a comment like that, but I guess it depends on precisely how he said it

bah i think it was like a joke... the press is prolly bugging him everywhere he shows up and he could be a little fed up by now. If someone asked me what will i do in the next match for the 100th time (in a country i never played before, against unknown team) i would say something similar too.

Press wont be pleased with "i respect napoli, i'll will run & pass & shoot etc etc" anyway and he only spared himself the same question again :=)

He should have said: " I'll score 250 goals untill the summer! Im GOD! "

Pathetic jurnalists are bugging the man wherever he goes, Galliani shjould protect him a bit. I dont understand this behaviour by our managment, they have made a star out of a player that is not even a player yet...

I like Pato's thinking style. This is what we call 'self confidence'
When he partners Gila upfront, it will be like van Basten and Nordhal in the same line up

Galliani now says don't put too much pressure on Pato, damn this guy needs a slap in the face
