i like that kind of thinking too but it must be supported with actions on field. Oliveira was full of confidence how he is capable of replacing Sheva and score more than 20 goals in a season. We all know how that turned out. So, before you really know whats going on its maybe best to be a bit more humble.

I agree...a statement like," I want to do my best this Sunday against Napoli and hopefully find the back of the net" would show that he is quietly confident but not cocky.

However, it must be said that I've never heard Pato say a squeek for the months that he been around the team...so for these words to be his first doesn't fit the character or personality of someone that has said virtually nothing since his arrival.

In that profile on our website, it says that he weighs 71 kg, but Brasilereo recently mentioned that he now weighs 78 kg. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I also thought the same thing. Maybe the profile on our website is based on the weight months ago when he came to Milan.

“We have to be careful not to put too much pressure on him, but that pressure partly comes from the big fee we paid to sign him. On paper he is a champion, now he needs to prove it.”

What Gattuso said also makes sense.

People expecting too much from him and I think its not fair enough for 18Y old. Give him time at least until summer. He will be come good

Pato Eager To Start Scoring

AC Milan starlet Alexandre Pato is eager to get his adventure at the club started, and hopes he'll get off the mark during Sunday's match against Napoli.

zoom - galleria On Sunday it could finally be the big day: the transfer has arrived and Alexandre Pato will be available for the match against Napoli. It's not yet certain the much-hyped 18-year-old striker will make his debut in the San Siro game, with the formation due to be revealed only shortly before the start of it.

"I'm happy to be a Milan player and to have the possibility of playing the match against Napoli," Pato said today.

His countryman Ronaldo, who's still struggling with fitness problems but seems set to make his return soon, has said he strongly believes in the former Internacional starlet, who thanked the legendary striker for his support.

"Ronaldo always tells me to stay calm and only think about playing, without paying too much atttention to what gets said about me," Pato continued. "Milan expect a truckload of goals from me? Well, initially I'll think about getting the first one, then I'll see if I can score more."

tbh RO never had a fair try seen as his sister was missing all the time he was playing for us.
