Just a thought
I know the transfer window is closed and all, but what if the player himself is without a club at the moment, can Milan still sign him and can he still play for MIlan right away?
B/c the last time I chked, ZeRoberto is without a home? Can he still signs with Milan and play for them right away? |

I am not sure, but I guess so. Ze Roberto is out of job? Can't really believe that. He must be better than that Harvey Ellias (?? Seedorf's fat buddy ). If we could sign him out of nowhere, I guess the answer to your question must be "yes".

Ze Roberto is no longer available... the only names available i know are Scaloni & Tristan from Deportivo... both seemed geared for moves to England tho... Scaloni to West Ham... Tristan to either Bolton or Newcastle...

Ze Roberto
Quote:
He signed a 1 year deal with Santos in Brazil... I would stay away from Tristan also the details about his release are too sketchy, Depor never really said why they dropped him... as such Newcastle won't touch him. |

Tristan apparently has problems with his lifestyle, more interested in clubbing than football...
Newcastle is famous for its nightlife which is why they dont want him

As others mentioned, we can still sign players who are without a club since a move like this is not considered a transfer and is allowed by FIFA throughout the year, without any limitattions. I would have also like Ze Roberto but he had a knee surgery right after the WC and that's what cooled down Milan's interest in him and now he is gone to Santos. Another player I think might be a useful addidtion for the Pirlo role is Luigi Di Biagio. I know he is like 35 yo but at this point in time our choices are pretty limited and we are talking only a short-term solution ... and the guy still has I think, he's been pretty good for Brescia in the past 2-3 years or so. Not sure if he is available as of now cause Torino, I believe, were pretty interested in him too.

well, what's really funny about it is that those 3, even now, would still be way better than the pseudo-stars Inter signed by the kilo this summer
