Michael, not sure if you thought the "guest sector" was for people visiting from other towns/countries... but the Curva Nord, specially the upper side is reserved for the fans of the visiting team... while the Curva Sud is pretty much already fully occupied by Milan ultras (hardcore fans, most of whom have season tickets)... so your best option to be comfortable and watch the game is sitting on the sides... if you don't plan to visit San Siro often and can spend a few more Euros for the experience, just find seats at the "anello arancio" (orange area) on the other side of the team benches...

Hi there,

If you're keen on going to the milan-Juve game and you want a ticket at a reasonable price you should try www.mpestero.com They won't have tickets for sale until about 2 or 3 weeks beforethe game.

If you buy a ticket from a tout on the day of the game be careful. Tickets in italy now print the buyers name on it. To get into the ground you need the ticket and an id (in your case a passport). So obviously the name on the ticket will not match your name on your passport - and so they won't leave you in (well at least they're not suppose to)!

If you're interested in sitting behind the milan goal then there will be tickets available for that section (blue section) as season tickets are way down this year. I don't think the Fiorentina game will be sold out so you could buy your ticket on the day (bring your passport) - or try www.mpestero.com or www.acmilan.com The blue section tends to be a "first come first serve" area. That is the ticket will get you in however people tend to sit wherever they want - especially in the 2nd ring blue where the most hardcore ultras are.

I had been to San siro for the Juventus match

Finally i got a ticket from the box office, orange 1st ring sit near the corner flag
the atmosphere in the stadium is excellent, the football match in Hong Kong cannot compared to it at all

Does anyone know how far in advance the kick off times get changed?

Do you have to become a member to get tickets for bigger games or does every game go on general sale at some point?

And where are the best places to stay at equivalent of travelodge standard?
