I'm afraid Ancelotti leaving in the summer is nothing but a dream.

I hope Ancelotti leaves in the summer to go to Madrid or Chelsea. If he leaves, we'll most likely get Rijkaard which I'll be fine with, but not happy about.

If I get to pick I'll most likely pick Hiddink or Mourinho, but both would be dreams.

You can be my assistant. I'm 2-3 years away from taking over.

Carlo was good coach when he had good players who did their best on the pitch.
Now, when all those players became average/too old, now he's a disaster coach.

According to news on Channel4, Ancelloti has already green lighted the move and will be paid 8.5mil for 3 years.

Is it true? I have no idea.

Ancelotti spoke about these rumours and replied them in a funny way:
"Galliani already spoke about that [Ancelotti not leaving because he has a contract until 2010], I don't have to add anything. I agreed with Chelsea the 17th of March ? But wasn't I with Florentino Perez this day ?!"

I hope calro leave in june, Frank Rijkard may be good replacement, but he can do without good players, and Milan don't wanna buy any big player.

My opinion, our team needs many good players because we are a big **** in many positions, the last thing is to change the coach.
I really don't want Carlo anymore his era has finished, but first we need players.

ACMILAN1983 will become famous soon enough
We're now linked to Gian Piero Gasperini who's performing almost miracles with Genoa this season.

In my opinion Ancelotti in among 10 best coaches in the world. Any of those coaches would be good if proper players are bought, and any of those coaches would look bad with these players.

Carlo could

The importance is players. From 2005 to 2009, our team looked weaker than Juve, then Inter.

Some say Carlo can't be Ferguson since the English Knight won 11 PLs in 22 years, but back then, MU was always the strongest team when it won the league.

However, the coach I admire is Zaccheroni, he won 1998-1999 Scudetto to celebrate Milan's 100th Birthday with not much stars.

Sacchi has now said we should apparently get Ballardini of Palermo (all news today off goal.com).

Wonder who's next?...

But Galliani believes Ancelotti can still become the longest serving Coach in Milan's history.

I think that it is generally good for a club to have one coach over a long period of time or an era.
Maybe it would be best if Milan got some serious team next year and then we would see what is Carlo really made of.
But the thing about Carlo is that I'm afraid he becomes more of a friend to his players than coach and that he would play his precious Seedorf or some others until Universe itself collapses.

This kind of accusations are coming only from the supporters whose are very far away from the team and the training grounds.

How can I believe these theories when Milanello is full of competent staff and experts whose are also present in training and nobody sees these favoritism allegations.
