Everyone always sais the usual, dont pressure the kid, don't already start comparing him to van basten etc, but HE CAN HANDLE IT, a player dusnt get worst from pressure, and what pressure is saying he's the next sheva? if u ask me id be more confident from such claims.

Without a doubt, Pato is a mature player that was a part of the World Club Cup winning team. He is to be mentioned with the likes of Messi...He can handle the pressure and he see the game of football as something to enjoy...2008 and beyond the san siro will be packed to the rafters and every one will be on their feet...
This Pato kid is a goal scoring crowd pleaser...he will make your weekend something to look forward to again.

Galliani revealed that Ancelotti had called him immediately after the very first training session when a new player arrived in two occasions: One: Kaka`; Two: Pato.

Galliani didn't mention anything about Pato but that doesn't mean he's not good

Carletto: Pato is better than Ronaldinho
http://www.goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=480252
Pato is a quality player, I myself never doubt it. But don't you guys think Carletto sets the bar a bit too high for Pato at this moment, considering his tender age and the fact that he hasn't yet played in competitive match

Tell them league leaders not to lose any more games. Milan is coming back for the crown. Even my good fren #11 will start to play better once on the same pitch with the Duck.

Just because Duckie is Brazillian does not mean he's immune to anything. The kid's gonna have a nervous breakdown before he gets his first goal.
I'm optimistic, but not blind. I would like to see Pato with us for many seasons, learning and maturing into a world-class striker. He has the mad skills and vision of course, but I wouldn't consider him the second coming to Milanese Football or anything...yet. I won't make my judgement until his spent a full season with us. |

It's pretty strange, the management (Carlo and Galliani especially) have hyped up Pato like no one before, but the players always say that we have to keep the pressure off him.
Either way, I guess we wait and see. |

I know there's so much hope for Pato to lift up Milan's performance, but can we give some time to adapt the whole situation, Gila,R99 & Inzaghi colud provide tutorial for young kid to grow then shine.
I don't expect he instantly play good this season, perhaps 1-2 season ahead will be his time. Time will tell my friend |

Thanks Gio
A little while ago Dunga spoke on Pato too, comparing him to Ronaldo http://www.goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=502488 From what i've seen, I can see his point but I do feel there are some key differences, such as Ronaldo has the explosive acceleration which I haven't seen so much of from Pato, but Pato seems more tricky to handle, and more capable of dropping deep to be involved in the team play. |
