Charles De Ketelaere
Charles De Ketelaere is finally a Milan player. The attacking midfielder, perhaps second striker and winger too?, has been on the cusp of signing for Milan for weeks and even months.
His name came to the fore while Leeds United were said to have bid €40 million for him. Milan offered many millions less but the player was set on joining Milan. After many “CDK soon” rumours and news and questions about Milan’s transfer budget he is now a Milan player with Club Brugge, with a nudge by the player himself, agreeing to the transfer.
The 21 year old joins Milan for a reported €36 million (32 + 4 bonuses) until 2027. The player has seemingly agreed on a €2.2 million salary – lower than first reported €2.5 million – to push through his Milan transfer. He will wear the same number 90 jersey as he did at Brugge.
His biggest strengths are ball control, composure on it and his vision in spaces.
