Milan gave 32.5M plus offer to Brugge, and made clear that's the last one, they have time until Tuesday to answer.
I like it, no wasting time. We already have Ricci for the DM, Modric for the balancing CM with Fofana, there are Cheek for attacking mind/box to box role with Pobega backup, and there is still Bondo.
Sell before buy.

Player side demand 2m, Tare agrees only 1m, a refuse will lead to the court as the player failed the head count for a year!
Play the remaining year in Serie D or take 1m and leave!!!
I begin to trust Tare. There must be dignity in the name of Milan, we lack it after Maldini left.

Rumors are just rumors, no info about Milan making offers.
Consider some young & high profiles to put away from Serie D (Lazetic, Traore, Vos...)
Out centrer back department need a good structure than adding new player(s) since each one has shown their strengths in their job, cooperating with a DM possesses good positioning and simple plays like Ricci and under Allegri guidance, we can leave it be. And Bartesaghi could be the 5th CB.
10 days without update for Royal's loan to Betis, keeping him is not a bad option if we are not seriously investing in RB.

There are rumors that Pobega will go back out on loan to Bologna, but this time with an obligation to buy him at €8m. Looks like the €12m was considered high for them, but we are also willing to push that profit to 26/27.
It seems like our squad is LOADED with playets that haven't offered any value on the pitch for us. I'm not even talking about debatable views like whether or not they're talented or what not. Honestly, at this point it doesn't even matter. But simply, things haven't worked out, and they should be offloaded.
The good thing is that we don't have to replace all these players "1 for 1". We honestly have an opportunity to reinvest in quality rather than quantity. In the midfield for example, apart from Pobega, there are still Bennacer, Adli, Bondo and Musah. I'd include RLC

Recruitment is slow. So far we haven't strengthened from last season's 8th place in Serie A, we're actually worse off.
Will it be another season where most new players miss the whole preseason training and use the first half of the season to adapt? And by then we're not fighting for CL?

Keeping Maignan and Leao (and Pulisic), offloading Theo (and Tiji), encourage the Italians like Gabbia and Ricci (and Pobega).
IMO, Allegri has done a good job by identifying and cementing the core.
There are still some unclear / misleading infos like the role of Cheek, Saelemaekers,... but that's the satelites around the main planet.
