Unless this new group of investors are much more transparent than Li and his group, I am not sure what difference this really makes in the eyes of UEFA. We were basically owned by the league of shadows before and now we are owned by a different league of shadows.

Thats just from googling , I have no idea if its all legit.
Milans problems are Milans and even if UEFA are being cu*ts ...it wont make a difference.Whatever they say will stand and an actual court appeal will take a long time.
There is a big chance theyre being pricks , but PSG have players UEFA want in their beloved UCL and to ban PSG will hurt UEFA.Banning Milan will just be a show of "look we punished AC Milan" FFP is legit...while chucking Milan out will have zero impact in the EL.

According to @sole24ore Yonghong Li would be ready to leave room for a new American shareholder. Important meetings took place today in Milano for the documentation related to the agreement which were sent to a notary office near the Palace of Justice in Rome

The new American investor would initially enter as a minority shareholder, providing Yonghong Li with the last tranche of his capital increase which should be completed by the end of June (€32M)

Sky now report that in addition to the Malaysian and American offer, there is also an Arab group interested in buying shares in Milan. Yonghong Li will make his decision shortly
