Int'l Football - Gabriel426 - 09-02-2011 Since someone started Liga and EPL thread, it is only fair Int'l Football gets one too. Personally, I am a Brazil and Dutch fans when it comes to Int'l Football. But now starting to become more of a Germany fan bc of their team play and build up. I am not a Spain fan b/c they play boring football like the Italians. The only differences is Spain actually got great players while Italians got average and good players. Every time when a huge Int'l Tournament comes around, it is great to watch England and Italy games with their fans, b/c they all talk a big game and ends up losing. Their faces are priceless. Over the last few years, less so with Italians b/c they know their team ain't that good. While the England fans still believe they are a top three teams. RE: Int'l Football - jjamesbloch - 03-10-2015 I am not a Spain fan b/c they play boring football like the Italians. what means? RE: Int'l Football - ACMILAN1983 - 01-11-2017 Interesting comment about the current trend of China's spending in this article: http://www.goal.com/en/news/11/transfer-zone/2017/01/11/31397932/chinas-message-to-premier-league-hypocrites-oscar-tevez?ICID=OP It's an interesting debate to follow, where I think both sides have some valid arguments. RE: Int'l Football - ACM2023 - 01-11-2017 Didn't know that this thread existed! RE: Int'l Football - reza - 01-11-2017 Me neither lol, thanks Dev RE: Int'l Football - ACMILAN1983 - 01-11-2017 lol, I came across it looking for an appropriate thread to post the article It is an interesting debate though, curious to see what others on the forum think RE: Int'l Football - reza - 01-16-2017 I believe it was 4 before RE: Int'l Football - reza - 07-21-2017 This affects many teams and from a standpoint of not losing players midseason it's a good thing "Africa Cup of Nations to switch from January staging to June in 2019" RE: Int'l Football - ACMILAN1983 - 07-21-2017 Big step forward, benefiting European club football in particular. RE: Int'l Football - ACM2023 - 07-21-2017 Historically, the Africa Cup of Nations took place in January to avoid the heat. Moving it to June will certainly benefit European football clubs, but how are they going to handle the high temperature? |
