Summer Mercato 2011
you left aguero out there, man city will be a good team but they cant jsut buy big names to make themselves big..

Also i think we should get ganso and kaka..

with subs like el shaarawy, robinho, cassano, mexes, ambrosini and so on we should do fine. I think kaka can play an amazing role at trequartista still because of his passing and shooting, that's something that doesnt go anywhere, the thing with r80 was he was played in a different position and he relied alot on dribbling which he became to out of shape to do it how he would in his prime, kaka relies more on his movement on the ball, its different really as long as kaka can adapt to his set of skills with out the pace he once had we'll be perfect.. with ganso coming up the ranks at LCM, good pirlo replacement also because of his range of passing and vision i think it would be great

Kaka is not good enough to take us to next level, and who's to say he won't be injured? This team is a lot different than when he was here last time. Can he play with Ibra? etc....

And as far as Man City you're right I forgot Aguero

Since the match ended both ManCity and Inter denied that they are negotiating for Sneijder. With only Gazzetta reporting the rumor, on Supercoppa morning, I beginning to wonder: could it been some dirty tactic to make Sneijder distracted?

I doubt Sneijder was reading newspapers before the game. Devilol
"Defending is part of football... Keep possession 95% if u want... but the score is 2-2... thats it!! Well done milan.. Make serie a proud once again.. Big Grin"
Kaka is solid, the thing is and it is actually quite sad, he is still a better option than anyone in Milan or Monty and Aqua. For 11 million, I think getting Kaka is a bargain only if his wages will be based on his performances or lower than what he is getting now.
To me, I don't think Kaka did bad in Real. His first year there was after the WC. Where he was a bit tired but did well when he played. He did not scored crazy amount of goals like CR9 but he was never someone who scored 20+goals a season anyway. On top of that, the team played around CR9 instead of him. Last season, he was injured but I think the fact that Ozeil actually compliment CR7 better caused his downfall or lack of form. Having said that, of the games I saw him played, he did well. I have not been following Real this summer, so I don't know what he is doing.

Can he solves Milan problem? Yes and no. As the focus of Milan attacks is Ibra and Kaka must play off him in the final 1/3, but he is a force in midfield with his passing, dribbling and ability to take defenders with him on the ball to create space for others like Ibra. Kaka, if he is fit will be effective and should have a much better impact than the second coming of Sheva. Remember that Sheva actually played like crap in Chelsea while Kaka was good just not great.

As for his loss of pace, I don't think will affect Kaka's game much since he is still a great passer and his dribbling change of pace is still there.

Another thing, don't tag him as injury prone since Ganso already got two knees op while Aqua never played a full season till last. Injury is part of the game and can happen any time.
Kaka played great against LA galaxy, he was okay against chivas and those are the only two matches i watched.. Kaka looked a lot like his old self against LA however

Kaká vs Galaxy

I've actually been quite against Kaka's return to Milan, but also I have followed him since his return from injury and seen how he's been playing. Clearly still not back to his best, I do think if he was to return for at least a season or two at Milan he'd be phenomenal under Allegri, if he can stay fit. He probably is the identikit player we need behind the forwards. Fast, strong, good on the ball with good vision, great movement and a player who can turn a match. Also he doesn't dwell on the ball and is excellent at playing quick one touch plays when needed.

I still plenty of questionmarks over him, but if he was to return, I wouldn't be too disappointed. All that said, we need a midfielder more than anything.
Kaka's two greatest qualities are his speed with the ball, and his vision. He's not a lethal scorer, but opens the field up by blowing by people and dishing off to other players. He'd improve our squad for sure, but I think we're all wishing for someone younger, in better form, and perhaps someone that can fit out system a bit better. Quite frankly, being linked with Pastore, Hamsik, & Fabregas, Kaka would be a slight disappointment, considering his injuries, etc.
A dissapointment after the Mr X superstar status and the months of working on a deal yes.But Pastore is gone and neither Cesc or Hamsik won't arrive , so Kaka may be as good as it gets. What I don't like is his age , I mean he's 29 and if he signs and ends up playing into his thirties it will be bad.
If he plays for 2 year's that's okay.I was hoping for a genuine star actually expecting , but that's off the cards. And he's better than Monty or Aqua. He'll improve our Mid definitely.
