Milan's Financial Position
One has to wonder what Li’s endgame is at this point.

I think Li is buying time to see another good offer coming in before the deadline to pay 32M (which I think he also got no money to pay ) I guess eventually he'll accept Rosso's offer.

It seems like a risky strategy, given how fast the deadline is approaching. Buttom line is that Li needs Commisso more than the other way around.

The latest from @sole24ore: Yonghong Li is now in London where he had several meetings with some investment banks along with his advisors to evaluate the offer of Rocco Commisso and other options, among them the offer from the Ricketts Family

Yonghong Li has not transferred any payment that’s meant to be directed to Elliott to repay them the €32M capital increase and he has time till tomorrow. One of the hypothesis is accepting one of the offers to sell his majority stake of Milan [Il Sole 24 Ore]

So we should expect a decision sooner. He should accept the offer in which he would still hold some stakes. Its either Rosso or Ricketts  Devilcool

There is an Asian investor who held negotiations with Yonghong Li in complete secrecy and with which he could sign a binding contract between today and tomorrow
