We paid 20 for Theo, so presumably good players at 20 million is possible. Find them.

Yep. Either go big and bring in one of the best. Or spend money on safer choiced. Leave the Paqueta's and Everton's for clubs with money to burn.

i am talking about  consequent participation in the CL, not winning it. 
However, my wish is to see Milan start a new winning cycle and yes, makes little difference who runs it. even thou, my wish is to see Maldini stay and play an important role in the club.

Yup. No fear. They scout, have a plan and play the same way. We haven't see this type of aggressive and high tempo play in Italy in a long long time. And they are practically doing it with unknowns.
