1) Yes, I know all of those tactics but right now we need to continue with the tactics we are playing, no need to change. You may argue that versatility and fluidity is also important part of tactics but right we must focus on gaining stability with respect to formations that we play. Have you seen Klopp's Liverpool? He rarely changes formations, always sticks with 4-3-3 but yet he is the currently the best man in managerial business and regarding Carlo....He is dead and dusted as a manger, Napoli would be probably his last days of managing a top club, Everton are washouts of Merseyside.

2) I don't nkow what you are trying to convey but whatever it is, Deulefou is decent player but surely not a Milan material from any angle, he is more well suited for mid-table clubs like Sassoulo and Bologna not us, Sorry.
