So, is Lazio guaranteed to be in CL next season?

I read somewhere that there is a 5-team limit in CL for each association. If Roma wins EL and Napoli wins CL, then only the top 3 teams in Italy will go to CL next season.

Not sure if that is accurate though.

If it is true, I bet Roma will have super extra motivation in EL.
