Who value Diaz at 20+M? I am not sure where you see this. I am seeing the figure of 15M to buy him when the rumours started. RM has no problems selling Oscar but want a buyback clause for Diaz?

Real bought him for ~16 million 1.5 years ago, unlike on some teams (like Milan ) young players will not become cheaper especially when under contract long term.
