It is worrying aspect that we are constantly(and shamelessly) dealing with the too many of dry loans deals, it may be good on a short term basis but if you see for a longer perspective then I must say it might backfire us and will dent our reputation as a big club because the parent club will us it for development purpose cuz the future of the player are still in their hand.

Well, we only have two players on dry loan, Diaz and Dalot. And apparently we have a gentleman's deal with both Real Madrid and Man Utd to discuss permanent transfers for these players.
In general I agree with you though, we should not bring too many players in on dry loans. It can easily become a problem, like it did all the way back in 2005 when we had Crespo on a dry loan and he was forced to return to Chelsea after a good season for us because they didn't want to sell him. In terms of reputation I don't think it matters though, especially given the state football is in at the moment. Lots of clubs are in dire straits financially, and we're lucky we're not. Still there's no shame in going for low-cost solutions in the short term. Even Real Madrid only brought in one player last summer, and they already owned him (Ødegaard).
