I wouldn't get excited about Tevez until the transfer window opens at least.
Agreeing terms with Tevez is a good sign, but the hardest part is dealing with Man$tty.

We did get Robinho off their hands once, so everything is possible.
"Defending is part of football... Keep possession 95% if u want... but the score is 2-2... thats it!! Well done milan.. Make serie a proud once again.. Big Grin"
If true, 19 M would be a good price. Anyway, now that we're in the financial negotiation stuff, is it safe to say that he has passed the brain check Braida suggested earlier? I really don't want us to be AC Mental

We manage to have a great family atmosphere and unity with , Ibra V.Bommel Cassano Robinho Boateng all supposedly troublesome but no prob at Milan. And Italy and Argentina have a lot more in common (if in all honesty not exactly the same) than Argentina & England. If we 2 or 3 good years out of Tevez then it will be worth 19 million of course if he stay's sane.I just hope he doesn't start palling around with his Merda home land buddies.
According to football-italia, a verbal agreement about Lopez has already been reached..? http://www.football-italia.net/node/13531

Quote:Catania have confirmed that they have a verbal agreement with Milan over the January transfer of Maxi Lopez.

The Argentine has been linked with a switch to the Rossoneri and the Sicilian club have admitted that a deal in on the horizon.

“There is a full agreement with Milan,” Catania director general Pietro Lo Monaco stated. “We just have to agree which week to finalise everything.”

Milan are looking for a new striker as cover for Antonio Cassano, who is recovering from heart surgery.

According to reports, Lopez will arrive even if the Italian champions manage to sign Carlos Tevez from Manchester City.

While Tevez could replace Cassano in the squad, Lopez may step in for Pippo Inzaghi who looks set to leave the club in January.
Siamo a posto cosi.

For those of you who speak the Galliani lingo, do you think we really want to sign a WC forward for 19m with 4.9m wages to be third/fourth choice? AND Maxi Lopez already secured?

I think we are selling one of Pato or Robinho. We cannot afford to have this many strikers on our wage bill earning this much. And with all this Santos centenary year stuff it looks like it could be Robinho.

Tevez+Lopez in Pippo-Binho-Sharawy out aint bad. Lopez is someone that could be 4th striker at a club like ours - kinda like Tomasson. Don't think he's good enough though.

Shame though I really liked Robinho. Just after 3-4 bad performances they have decided to sell him. Too bad. At least Pato's staying here (in the treatment room).
i would rather sell PATO!!! damn kid too soft... spend mor time on the side than on the field... atleast robinho is always fit and creating... and missing...
NOT A HAPPY MILAN FANAngry
Looks like we have reached deal with Tevez, and he has agreed to take a salary of 5.9m plus bonuses. The gap between the clubs regarding the fee and the type of deal remains a difficulty.
Galliani can sell ice to eskimos. If Santos cough up 20 million or offer a player for Binho and cash then go for it.Tevez is quality although unstable , but we rehabilitate and Ibra aint getting younger so I'd keep Pato and have he Tevez Ibra Cassano for a bit , and hopefully ES92 gets time confidence and becomes a great player.Thats very optimistic on my part .
Galliani will try to get him for 15 - 20 Euros, the Tevez himself half is done.
