Winter Mercato 11'/12'
Really, nobody answered, has anybody seen Maxwell play lately?

I'm not saying Antonini is Serginho, but Maxwell...yeah, he is definetly better than him.
As good as Mascherano is..do we really need yet another defensive midfielder?? I highly doubt he wants to leave Barcelona so soon..although with that being said, I dunno where he'll play at Barca when everyone is fit.

I really don't know anything about Maxwell, as I barely watch any team other than Milan play. As for Antonini, I thought he was decent and can be used as a backup. Certainly, we should not count on him to start every game (like right now we do). One of our traditions is our attacks start from the two fullbacks who can defend perfectly and push forward and create chances. Antonini cannot fulfill that expectation, for sure.

another DM???
why because we have Van Bommel, Ambro, Gattuso, Flamini, & Nocerino???
3 of those are hopefully gone in the summer, 1 is injury plagued & only 1 is "fully functional" ....so yeah if we have the chance, let's take him...but i doubt Barca would let him go in Jan but in the summer maybe....it will probably also depend on what happens with De Rossi & Montolivo...

As for Maxwell, he might be a very slight upgrade to Antonini whereas what we need is at least a good LB and Maxwell is not a GOOD LB...period
oh and he's 30
^^ Are we really getting rid of so many of them? If we are then I'd be all for it..but you know it's unlikely for us to make so many changes over one single mercato. Wishful thinking though! No doubting it..Mascherano is an excellent DM and his ball playing skills would definitely have improved after playing at Barcelona. I remember someone did a list of players whose contracts are up at the end of this season..who are the most likely people to leave?

No way would I want Mascherano in this Milan squad. He is a slimey character (remember his Liverpool exit), often plays very dirty and is a drama queen (Barca days).

While we do have a certain someone like MVB and other "bad boy" types, Mascherano is the only player that disgusts me.
"Defending is part of football... Keep possession 95% if u want... but the score is 2-2... thats it!! Well done milan.. Make serie a proud once again.. Big Grin"
Talking about Left Backs....Aly Cissokho, yeah that guy that we almost signed but apparently had teeth problems, got 3 assists to help Lyon massacre Dinamo Zagreb 1-7... Our management...no comment

Don't judge a player on one performance ...
Cissokho is far to be the promised WC LB as some people tried to label him before what happened with his teeth ... Big Grin

Zagreb was awful tonight, they played like a 6th division French team (and a red card) !!
One should not speak ill of the dead.
So stop laughing at Juventus !
I agree with Geo. Cissokho has not been consistently good this season so it is not like we missed some huge prize (I am not saying that he is not better than what we have).

I would rather take Balzaretti. He would fit into our system quickly (no kidding), and he is 30. So long as he is free, Galliani will snatch him up in no time (kidding).
Aly sissokho, yes! this guy is the closest player to WC LB.once I mentioned him,he put on a great performance.taiwo for sissokho will be the best scenario,if we don't need to pay 12 mln for a fullback, there will be no dental case!Devilol

Besides,he is 24,lot younger than balzaretti.but I don't mind if we get balzaretti.
May god with chinese footbball
